I was so entirely grateful to reach an actual locksmith at 12:30 AM when I could not get my key to unlock my front door. my key had been acting up and apparently the lock inside the door knob was failing for sometime. I was desperate and tired and completely beside myself. I called several locksmiths only to get dispatchers with no real sense of time of how long it would be and just letting me know that somebody would call me back. Nobody ever did! Kian made time in his busy schedule to make me several new car keys, as mine kept getting bent and I needed more keys before I bent all of them. I called this company because i needed locksmith services in 1 of our properties in Vallejo. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and told me he doesn't want our business.
