Kian was at my house within two hours on a Saturday when my long time locksmith didn't have time until Monday! which included an hour drive time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, wasn't perturbed at all when I realized I had to change my tumblers a second time. Great, friendly rescue dog Shaggy accompanies him. Very reasonable considering two hours drive time. Recommend highly. read more

Great service! Timely service and knew how to get our car open. Thanks for helping us! Answered call before other two Yelp pro's and was there in a short amount of time! Will use This service again if needed for lockout! Or locksmith service! read more

The locksmith was prompt to arrive and was knowledgeable about the system on electronic vehicle systems. We were unable to resolve my problem due to a part that was unavailable in US. I would recommend them and recognize their skill. read more

Amazing service! Called Lucky Locksmith and within an hour of calling them he was at my house. His work was very timely, and he knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me. He ran into a minor problem, and he was right on top of it and solved the problem!! Price was VERY reasonable! Will use this service and will recommend to family and friends! read more

I was so entirely grateful to reach an actual locksmith at 12:30 AM when I could not get my key to unlock my front door. my key had been acting up and apparently the lock inside the door knob was failing for sometime. I was desperate and tired and completely beside myself. I called several locksmiths only to get dispatchers with no real sense of time of how long it would be and just letting me know that somebody would call me back. Nobody ever did! In my dismay, I decided to try one more number...Lucky locksmith. I was beyond relieved when I got an actual locksmith on the phone and he was at my house within 15 minutes! He was able to unlock my front door soon after and also made me several copies of the new key! I'm so super grateful for the quick response and help! I highly recommend this business!! ~jennifer f read more

I called a little before 10PM last night and Kian was at my place in around 20 minutes. He changed six tumblers and was done before 11PM. And his price was very fair: $200. And remember, he was here late at night (no overtime) charged)! I was lucky to have found the Lucky Locksmith! read more

An email with a photo of my lock was all it took for Kian to let me know that I just didn't know how to operate a French door. He told me what to do and gave me a link to a YouTube video, too. And he's a Vet who volunteers to help other Vets. I'll be back anytime I need a locksmith. read more

Everything started off good with them until they couldn't make my key and had my go buy a key lock cylinder that I did not need my neighbor had his friend another locksmith come over and made me a key with no problem. But I still needed my remote for my alarm that I paid for but never received or even attempt to bring it to they called and told me they had it and then when I called back to ask when where they able to bring it and program it they didn't have it. And I still haven't heard anything from them since read more

Very helpful, arrived fairly quickly and did a good job. He was also very patient with my curious 10 year old & answered all of his questions. Thank you again! read more

These guys are awesome. They came to my rescue after i lost my key on a weekend before a Monday holiday. I lost my key in Calistoga and called every locksmith and everybody was off before the holidays. I called these guys, and they were in Vallejo, about an hour and half drive to me. They got on their van and drove to me. They didnt have the key I wanted ( the one with the buttons on it), so they made another one without the buttons, and a week later, they drove to Pleasanton to print a new key with the buttons after the received. highly recommended. They ll go above and beyond to help you. Fair prices. The dealership wanted $690 to print a key from. Beside tow truck would have cost between $350 to $600. They saved a lot of money. I appreciate the service. read more
