I was lucky to find this place only 10min away from home. One of the best massages I've ever had.

My first experience here was great. The little lady I got did a fabulous job! Environment was quiet with soft music (didn't hear other staff or other distractions). Opted for the Bliss Full Body Massage, for the price it was great. Negative experience with terrible customer service. Had purchased a GroupOn & the staff refused to honor the purchase. Thankfully GroupOn refunded me my purchase price when they reviewed my concerns with Lucky Feet. They will not get our business. Groupon users: you can ONLY get the deal on your first visit. ANY subsequent visit even if it is not the same treatment will result in you paying full price. Even if you disclose you are booking with Groupon, they will not dissuade you as they want you to shape up and pay the extra rather than walking away. The fine print is very unclear and it was meant to be that way. The masseuses are hit or miss. We had a great experience the first time which led us to book for a different type of session. STAY FAR AWAY, WOMEN ESPECIALLY, BUT ALSO MEN WHO DON'T WANT TO FUND NEGLIGENT BUSINESS OWNERS. Went there for the first time today. Had a guy named Peter do the massage. He touched me very close to private areas and even touched over my nipples and breasts. I told him to stop that and he even repeated it again. He spoke little english so I asked the receptionist why he did that and she was surprised. He told her it was to promote chi and circulation... ***********UPDATE************ I spoke to the manager and he did't believe it at first. Then, he said he will speak to the masseuse. He then responded saying that he spoke to the man for a very long time to explain that it wasn't right, even if he was "trying to help", at this point, it's admitting that something bad happened. I've booked one reflexology session there through Groupon. Overall, the place is nice and clean, it also very convenient. I will say they also has good customer service. Freeman was the guy who massage my feet. The first time I arrived, there was a big bucket of hot water. During the cleaning feet session, he massage my shoulders and neck area. I will say that his fingers are amazing, it was in the right area where my body felt all the pain and stiffness. It was super soothing and nice. Considering the price, another reflexology place that I've been there never give me neck and shoulder massages. After the shoulders and neck area done, he began to massage my feet nicely. It was painful but it felt nice afterwards. My feet felt super relaxed and light after that. Overall, lucky feet is One of the best place for reflexology! I'm a big fan of Lucky Feet, specifically reflexology. It really helps me unwind after a long day at the office. After being spoiled and pampered with reflexology during my trips in South East Asia, I didn't think it would be a luxury I would be able do (in Vancouver) on a regular base. However, prices at Lucky Feet are reasonable ($39 for 50 minutes) and the pressure points are right on. I've injured my feet twice with a minor soft tissue injury, and if you're a believer of zone therapy, I found both times that it helped me recover much faster. The establishment is minimal. It's kept dark, but very clean with big comfortable chair. There are lots of parking EXCLUDING weekend mornings, there is a popular dim sum restaurants upstairs. A few tips that I personally found. - For reflexology, specifically, it seems each masseuse each have their own techniques. Once you find some that really hits the "spot", it never hurts to get their name and request for them for the next booking. - Wear loose pants, if you forget, they offer have ones you can borrow - The reflexology packages includes a quick shoulder and neck massage - Front reception is accommodating, if you have any questions or concerns, ask them - If you prefer a lighter or heavier pressure, let them know - As for reservations, it's occasionally hard to predict, sometimes it can get very busy and other times it's quiet. So, if you have a preferred time, I would recommend a few days in advance. Lastly, enjoy! read more

They are really quite good. My wife and I have been there many times over the last few years and they run a very clean and respectable business that provides quality massage that always has worked out the various muscle pains and cramps that we have. For reference I have 3 damaged vertebrae and I tend to get severe muscle pain, muscle spasms and joint pain. I would not hesitate to recommend Lucky Feet to anyone who is asking. read more

I got a groupon for feet reflexology, a guy named him Rechard massaged me and asked me another session back massage, I was asked to take off shirt underwear, he cannot stop talking my body problem during 50minutes seems like he is medical professional workers. I need relax and gental massage not treatment, he is too much harder to a young girl. He touched my neck and chest around my bra. horrible customer service!!! avoid allen at all costs! allen is a rude and perverted masseur!! my husband and i requested for a guy and a girl masseur. when we arrived, the guy masseur tried to massage me. i requested the masseurs to swap. allen the guy masseur looks super perverted. my husband requested allen to massage his hip since his muscles are tense there and allen refused. he was yelling that he does not massage people below their lower back and he walked out. we paid for 50min massage and he walked out on us after 30min massage. we went outside to the reception's desk and asked her to bring allen out to have a chat. allen came out yelling saying this is not a therapeutic massage it is just for relax and i do not massage past the lower waist. what kind of customer service is this? when do you ever go for a full body massage and you only get massaged in the shoulder and back. read more

Lucky Feet opened at 11:00 am with three employees when I went. My masseuse was young Tina, from China originally. The room was very big, designed for a couple's massage. Tina used hot towels to finish the massage. I drank water from a disposable cup. Lucky Feet is at Lougheed Highway, near Lougheed's skytrain station. Found out the area is very Korean-Canadian. Bought some " red bean jelly candy " for a treat at a Korean-style supermarket. read more

I was a little nervous about trying this place since there weren't any reviews. Now I know it's because everyone who goes here is trying to keep this gem for themselves! This isn't a typical 'spa' reflexology place, where you can expect a cup of tea, a cookie and a gentle massage. It's so much better than that! Very experienced practitioner expertly diagnosed my trouble areas and proceeded to address them. Although you may have a small amount of discomfort during the treatment (although they are very careful to make sure the pressure is no more than you are OK with), the end result is a relief from pain and an overall feeling of well being. If you compare it to a spa massage and a session with your RMT - this place is the RMT of reflexology. It may not be quite the same pampering experience - but you come out actually feeling better. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a horrific experience at this place. I should've researched reviews before purchasing the groupon. Just saw the horrible reviews that I also experienced. I requested for a female masseuse and got a male instead. I do not know his name but he spoke poor english and wore glasses. He touched me in all my private areas while massaging me even when I told him to stop. I felt so uncomfortable and he made me feel like he didn't do anything wrong. Spoke to the manager and he basically denied his own employees actions and thought he did nothing wrong. No apology whatsoever. BE AWARE especially for women. No one should be violated like that. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be violated, there are plenty of other good massage spas in the area its in, lesson learned. read more

Me and my girlfriend went to this place and My girl friend told me that her massagist (a male massagist about 40) was litterally grabbing her breast and massaging her breast. My gf was not sure if this is normal or not because it was her first time getting a massage. And the massagist even told her to turn over, and while turning over her whole breast was exposed, and he acted like it was a normal thing so my gf just did as what the guy told her. While turning around he even touched my gf's nipple and she felt very awkward. I was in the same room getting massage from a old lady, but I was laying down facing other side so I didnt know what was happening until we got out and had a discussion. First thing my gf told me was is it normal for a male massagist to touch females breast? Because he was touching my breast so much and it felt weird... like wdf is this place dont go to this place. I literally had the most BOMB foot massage here, I got a shoulder and neck massage to start then right into my 50 minute foot massage. It was very well done, and I felt all the benefits from it. I also got a 50 minute body massage. Focusing more on neck, shoulders and lower back. And boy did my masseuse go above and beyond all my expectations. My muscles were massaged out like butter from the experience of her skill. She didn't miss anything either.. hands, to the tips of my fingers, to my toes! Then to my head to de-stress from laying down. I feel amazing. It's hard to find a good massage, with good prices. This exceeded my expectations, which is why I gave my experience 5 stars. read more

WARNING!!!!!!! I have been going to this place for a year and have always had a good experience. Recently I received a full body massage from a male who had inappropriately touched me. I would call this sexual harassment. I told him to stop and complained when I left the room, feeling very uncomfortable and violated. My boyfriend confronted the man and the other workers. We were regular customers (going once a week) and we will NEVER return to Lucky Feet. Very disturbing experience and I warn any females attending this place - beware of male masseuse. Also, when we complained and confronted the man and other workers, they acted as if this had happened before. They used their language barrier as a way to get out of it (they were not able to communicate properly in English which made it even more difficult - although I know the man could speak English as he spoke in the room).
