Daily chores, my job and my bad posture would put tighten up the muscles and give me weekly headaches. It was disrupting my work and life. I have seen many registered massage therapists for over 24 years, but none of them could ever work deep into my muscle. I found Kathy and I've been going to her for years. She knows where the trigger points are and she works on them. Many times I would come in with a headache and she knew where to work on and the headache was gone! She is that good! Within minutes she works out the kinks and knots in my neck/shoulder and you can hear that crunchimg sound of the tight fascia tissue being released. Perhaps not the right terms but let me tell you, it sounds and feels so satisfying! I feel relaxed and a bit tender next day which is a sign of a good massage. The environment is peaceful and clean too. There is paid street parking in the front. I've tried many RMTs in the past and although this is not a RMT massage, Nancy has made me feel better than them because of how she can target those knots in my shoulder. Since I work during the day, I prefer an evening time which can be difficult unless you book a week in advance. I look forward to coming back!

We inquired with Painpro about what happened with the booking process, and received a nasty email claiming that we are trying to commit insurance fraud by asking to make changes to the type of service provided (which we did not). Painpro refused to take ANY responsibility for this mistake claiming that they then sent two confirmation emails before the appointment. I sent them a copy of their emails which makes no mention the TYPE of appointment booked. In the last email I asked them to pull the phone call from their system to determine who is mistaken. It's been more than a week since I received the last response from them, which again show a lack of professionalism.
