Rudest manager , intent on not helping with return. This store caters to the younger set so it's expensive and 0 customer service . The older manager in charge acted like I didn't know where I had purchased the item ! Will def not recommend to my friends or family ! read more

This is my favorite store in downtown red bank always has the cutest clothes! Great value and pieces that really last

Genuinely such rude staff I have never been so turned off by a store in my entire life. Cute stuff but staff is snobby for what it completely left such a gross taste in my mouth. Rude, unwelcoming, judgey, unhelpful, self absored, performative, and so unhelpful read more

a year ago-Edit All I can say is wow! Mediocre customer service and the girls there has such an attitude problem. I mean, this is definitely NOT a high-end boutique, so where they get this snotty attitude is beyond me. The craftsmanship of the clothes is mediocre as well You're better off taking your business elsewhere. I'm honestly surprised they haven't went out of business by now. read more

As I walked into the store today, no one even greeted me. It was like I had to ask the girls the sizes and their answers with the rudest. Didn't even get to finish my sentence before she cut me off saying no. One word answers. They were top busy playing on their phones Maybe you should correct this. 3 girls, should smile, might have purchased something!!! Sad read more

The clothes are nice. A little over priced. What really throws me off is the service. They are some of the rudest staff I think I have ever experienced in my years of living. You walk in, they give you a snotty look and just look away. No hello or any greeting. No one asks you if you need help or anything. They just stare and judge you the entire time you are in there. I like the clothes it's just disgusting service. They need to teach these kids some manners. read more

The customer service and return policy is deplorable. If you have an issue, it's not worth the hassle. Do not purchase from this company!

Most horrendous customer service ever. Take no accountability for their product. Sales staff rude, unwelcoming, self-absorbed. Not much more to add. If they had more competitors they wouldn't be in business. read more

This is a neat little boutique. It's products are geared towards women only. Sorry men. The style here is certainly geared towards one type: teens to mid-twenties women. The clothes are decent quality and the employees were more than helpful. read more

the girls working were super stand off-ish and on their phones mostly. They were only talking amounts themselves. I felt super uncomfortable. read more

Such a cute boutique with a variety of options. I have gone many times but my most recent visit stands out the most to me. I went in on July 23rd looking for an outfit because I had a feeling my boyfriend was going to propose the next day. I asked the girls at the counter for help and they sprang into action excited to help me find the perfect outfit. Highly recommended, great product and great service. read more

Lucki Clover - Outfit the girls helped me find - Women's Clothing Near Me - Red Bank, New Jersey

I've been shopping here since the week they opened. I adore this boutique. They have a great selection, the clothes are adorable and the prices are decent for a Red Bank boutique. read more

I ordered from Lucki Clover for the first time last month and unfortunately the post office lost my package. I reached out and Lucki Clover's customer service was great! They followed up with me to confirm if the package was delivered and then offered to resend my items when the post office was non responsive. read more

Very cute clothes but they FAIL at customer service. 3 people working, maybe 6 people were shopping and the 3 employees were engrossed in a very loud conversation, complaining about which co-workers they were "pissed at". They didn't greet me or offer any help, nor did I hear them do that to anyone. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask them to open a dressing room. While my daughter was trying on clothes, I was back and forth bringing her different sizes and they just kept on talking. Never looked up. Completely oblivious to the fact that there were people shopping in a store in which they were working. At one point I interrupted them again to ask if they could find a size on a dress and the girl said to me, "Just so you know, this dress is marked wrong. It's actually $58". All I had asked her for was the size, but why was the dress on the racks if they had the wrong price tag on it? What was even more ridiculous is that she didn't bother removing the "wrongly marked" dresses from the rack to fix them. At some point they finished their conversation and one of them was walking around with her head in her phone, another one seemed to be working but still not engaging or making eye contact with me or other customers and the third one was parked behind the check-out desk doing anything other than engaging with customers. Upon going to pay for the items I was purchasing, again there was no greeting or asking if I'd found what I was looking for, she just rang up the items and then told me the total amount due. While I did make a purchase there because I don't have a lot of time to shop around and time is of the essence, I do not plan on returning there. Not by myself and not with my teenage daughters. I would discourage anyone who works hard for their money and who wants to be appreciated and offered assistance while shopping, not to shop here. South Moon Under is just down the street at the Grove, has the same clothes and very helpful and friendly staff. read more

My daughter brought her two daughters and some of their friends to this store (Lucki Clover) on November 23rd. Between the four girls they spent over $1000. The girls loved the clothes and obviously bought many things they like. On December 9th my granddaughter wore a sweater which left pieces of fabric at her house, my house and even the restaurant. Upon closer examination, the sweater just kept shedding, and if you pulled on a string, the whole thread came out. Today we went back to shop and either return or get store credit for the damaged sweater. However, the not helpful at all manager told us that she wore it so they couldn't help. I understand wearing and then trying to return clothing is not acceptable, but this sweater is unwearable (defective) and should be returned to manufacturer. The manager said the manufacturer would not take back. My daughter asked "why would you buy from them if they do not stand up for what they make?" no answer!!!!! We found another sweater like this one and when we picked it up the same thing happened. The manager said no one else complained, just my daughter!!!! So we returned home with the sweater which we will now have to throw out. I am writing this as this is no way to treat customers and where is the customers service???? and why does this store deal with a manufacturer who will not take back THEIR damaged goods? Maybe it was just a bad day for the manager, as I would like to think that she treated people better than she did today. Very disappointed and not only did they lose a customer, but today my daughter was buying gifts, as well as buying gift cards for her daughters and nieces. Needless to say she will shop in another store that values her as a customer and will be more customer focused. Thank you and Happy Holidays! read more

worst staff. very rude like actually so rude. when you walk in i can assure you that not ONE girl working there (out of the 6 working) will ask you how your day is, say hi, or even acknowledge you in any way. i will never shop here every again due to those girls. all they do is talk about drama and who did what with what guy. and when they ring you up they don't say a word to you other than how much your total is read more
