As I walked into the store today, no one even greeted me. It was like I had to ask the girls the sizes and their answers with the rudest. The clothes are nice. A little over priced. What really throws me off is the service. They are some of the rudest staff I think I have ever experienced in my years of living. You walk in, they give you a snotty look and just look away. No hello or any greeting. No one asks you if you need help or anything. They just stare and judge you the entire time you are in there. This is a neat little boutique. It's products are geared towards women only. Sorry men. The style here is certainly geared towards one type: teens to mid-twenties women. The clothes are decent quality and the employees were more than helpful. read more

Such a cute boutique with a variety of options. I have gone many times but my most recent visit stands out the most to me. I went in on July 23rd looking for an outfit because I had a feeling my boyfriend was going to propose the next day. I asked the girls at the counter for help and they sprang into action excited to help me find the perfect outfit. Highly recommended, great product and great service. read more

Very cute clothes but they FAIL at customer service. 3 people working, maybe 6 people were shopping and the 3 employees were engrossed in a very loud conversation, complaining about which co-workers they were "pissed at". They didn't greet me or offer any help, nor did I hear them do that to anyone. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask them to open a dressing room. While my daughter was trying on clothes, I was back and forth bringing her different sizes and they just kept on talking. Never looked up. Completely oblivious to the fact that there were people shopping in a store in which they were working. At one point I interrupted them again to ask if they could find a size on a dress and the girl said to me, "Just so you know, this dress is marked wrong. It's actually $58". All I had asked her for was the size, but why was the dress on the racks if they had the wrong price tag on it? What was even more ridiculous is that she didn't bother removing the "wrongly marked" dresses from the rack to fix them. At some point they finished their conversation and one of them was walking around with her head in her phone, another one seemed to be working but still not engaging or making eye contact with me or other customers and the third one was parked behind the check-out desk doing anything other than engaging with customers. Upon going to pay for the items I was purchasing, again there was no greeting or asking if I'd found what I was looking for, she just rang up the items and then told me the total amount due. While I did make a purchase there because I don't have a lot of time to shop around and time is of the essence, I do not plan on returning there. Not by myself and not with my teenage daughters. I would discourage anyone who works hard for their money and who wants to be appreciated and offered assistance while shopping, not to shop here. South Moon Under is just down the street at the Grove, has the same clothes and very helpful and friendly staff. read more

My daughter brought her two daughters and some of their friends to this store (Lucki Clover) on November 23rd. Between the four girls they spent over $1000. The girls loved the clothes and obviously bought many things they like. On December 9th my granddaughter wore a sweater which left pieces of fabric at her house, my house and even the restaurant. Upon closer examination, the sweater just kept shedding, and if you pulled on a string, the whole thread came out. Today we went back to shop and either return or get store credit for the damaged sweater. However, the not helpful at all manager told us that she wore it so they couldn't help. I understand wearing and then trying to return clothing is not acceptable, but this sweater is unwearable (defective) and should be returned to manufacturer. The manager said the manufacturer would not take back. My daughter asked "why would you buy from them if they do not stand up for what they make?" no answer!!!!! We found another sweater like this one and when we picked it up the same thing happened. The manager said no one else complained, just my daughter!!!! So we returned home with the sweater which we will now have to throw out. I am writing this as this is no way to treat customers and where is the customers service???? and why does this store deal with a manufacturer who will not take back THEIR damaged goods? Maybe it was just a bad day for the manager, as I would like to think that she treated people better than she did today. Very disappointed and not only did they lose a customer, but today my daughter was buying gifts, as well as buying gift cards for her daughters and nieces.
