Great bar over all. While it is owned by the same person as GTT, the atmosphere here is a lot nicer, and they've got a lot more going on here. Good craft beer selection, couple HOT bartenders FR FR and the drinks are stiff and priced right. They have a new beer garden out back, perfect place to kinda get away with friends or maybe a new friend for the night There's been a Dunk Tank here too featuring yours truly on the seat. Beer garden also has a grill back there too, bring a steak or some burgers n there ya go. Live music on Friday nights the usual musician encourages ya to grab a mic n join in. It's hella fun FR. Once known as the Trump bar for the Trump head Quarters of Griffith . Also thought to be a racist establishment. Not so much everyone of every race, creed and color are welcomed and I've personally had some of the best times. And worse times at this Bar. Ate here recently at request of a friend who lives nearby. The place was filth, the food mediocre at best, the service was atrocious. I could not recommend this place any less. Stay away. Your money is better spent elsewhere read more

This is one of the worst bars in Griffith. Owner didn't like my last review so I'll leave another since she had it taken down. This place isn't worth your time or money bathrooms really need attention and it smells of dog through the bar. And the patrons that frequent this place are let's say lower class is putting it nice. Owner spent a lot on fixing it up should have spent some to bring a better class of people in. read more

Super fun bar for a night out. Love the pool tables and juke box. Bar tenders are great. Plenty of beer options on tap. Drinks are well priced. Very fun atmosphere here. One of only a handful of bars you can still smoke in, in your into that. Neighborhood is cool and can always find parking. read more

This place was a great fun spot w good bartenders and awesome drinks. They even had a Thursday night jam session. After new management took over it really went downhill. Now it's dirty, dark, empty, a shell of its former self. They even host a Trump rally as if that will generate business in NW Indiana, ha ha. read more

The staff is awesome. Specifically Nate and Kelcey...they are both drop dead gorgeous. Always nice and courteous. Drinks change a lot which is awesome. Specials killin the game. So clean too! Great bar! Get the "The Big Ginger" drink (2 Gingers Whiskey and ginger ale) or "Spiced PBR" (a shot of spiced jager in a glass of PBR). I hate Jager and love this drink, as I'm not a fan of whiskey and love the big ginger. New owner, Nate, has great idea's, has made great changes already and more to come. Griffith has really stepped it up over the last few years. Don't believe me? Head over to Lucille's for a meal or a drink to see what I mean. I used to go to Bridges or Set 'em Up if I happened to be in Griffith (both excellent places in their own right, don't get me wrong), but Lucille's is its own reason for going to Griffith. It's a great venue for live music or just meeting up with friends for a few drinks. The bartenders are super friendly and efficient. But the bar itself is the real gem. Gorgeous carved wood, mirrors and lighting, and comfy bar stools that are more like mini pleather thrones. And it just keeps going and going. There's probably 2 dozen stools along the sprawling bar. The exposed brick is nice, too. The only bummer is limited street parking, but hey, it Griffith, you not going to get jumped, mugged, carjacked or otherwise harassed, so walking a block or two from your car is just fine. read more

I stopped in after a long business trip. I was tired and ready to unwind and relax a bit. I found a seat at the bar and waited an eternity to get the bartender to take my order. I ordered a shot and a simple drink. I'm not sure how a bar can't make a simple cocktail but maybe they can tell you. I figured. The crowd is questionable. Older blue collar workers to be expected but a small group I'd bet money were minors came in while I was waiting. Not really my thing. Pass if you care about a decent drink. read more

I bowl at set em up lanes and occasionally go there with a sizable group after our league(only because of convenience not for the service or the type of people that go there, explanation will follow) I parked my vehicle in their lot. The full time bartender flung opened the door and did damage to my vehicle leaving a dent and chipped paint on my vehicle. I calmy asked for the number for the owner. I was going to call and voice my concern that they should probably post a no parking sign near the door to avoid this from happening to any of their future paying patrons. The bartender ended up rudely handing me the number to the owner and told our whole group that he would not serve us. After he told us that he raised his voice so the whole bar could hear him and said "somebody is always looking for free money"( This was not my intention andI have a great paying job, so I dont need to try and pry money from noone). After feeling belittled as a paying patron I left calmy and did not say a word back. All in all if your looking for a good place to hang out try bridges, giriffith billards and set em up lanes as they have good bartenders that build a rapport and not disrespectful to their.paying customers.
