Luceys Good Food Shop is situated on the main street in Mallow I have been here on a numerous of occaisions now. I have never been disappointed, i went here last year to purchase a christmas hamper. The quality of food and customer service given by Ian and his team is excellent. They have a very large range of products on sale. It is a butcher with a deli counter and a cooked food display unit. They have an in house bakery which they cook their fresh scones and pastries every morning. They offer very good value for money. I would highly recommend this business. read more

Ian Lucey and team catered our wedding party over three separate days. A wide range of totally delicious dinners were had. The first night some wild salmon took centre stage, followed by a BBQ the second day (helped by Cork's reliably beautiful weather in October!) - all beef raised on Lucey's farm too. The third day was the wedding party of which everything from the soup at starters and all the way along was just simply delicious. Ian also provided us with a PA system for the ceremony and speeches. We had an international, multi-faith party and Lucey's thoughtful and intelligent ear dissipated all worries regarding foreseen difficulties with a rich and varied menu. I was recently travelling from Galway to Cork. I dropped into Mallow to get some food for the evening. I called into Luceys on the main street. I bought the organic smoked salmon, sirloin steaks and their pepper sauce. It was the nicest smoked salmon and steak I've had in years.
