I have fine and thin hair and I discussed this before starting to make sure that she could cut that type of hair. I left there with 2 new cowlicks in my head so short at these two places that it actually was like holes, plus she took scissors that actually thinned my hair. That was back in June. I agree with other reviews she is busy does not really listen to what you are saying. she is working with 3 people at once. Sad really, my hair is still not right. I would not recommend her as a cutter.
