They…read morehave a variety of products from wallets, small and large pieces of luggage, briefcases, jewelry, books, travel accessories, etc... I've been in the store several times. Depending on what salesperson is there, you can get inconsistent service. You definitely get the feeling that they are working on commission. The selection of luggage is quite large but I found it all to be expensive. I compared prices here to other stores and ended up purchasing elsewhere. I liked being able to browse through this store to look for items that I might need while traveling, but I often purchase things in other places. This place is just too pricey. In Sugar Land, there are really few is any other places to get good luggage, so if you don't want to venture from the confines of the suburbs, then this is a good place to look. I have purchased several smaller items from this store right before trips. They sell a variety of electrical converters and adapters for international travel. Overall, it's a great place to browse, but price compare before you make those big purchases!

I had my eye on these beautiful black leather boots for 2 years before I finally bought them. They were comfortable, but much to my disappointment, the soles had zero traction and I was certain I'd slip and fall if I wore them out of the house. Al re-soled them for around $35 (if memory serves) during the week of Thanksgiving in 2025 in around 3 days. The soles look seamless and no one would be able to tell that they weren't the originals. They have solid traction on the ground and I am happy to report that I have not slipped once.

She punched several holes (with different sizes and shapes yet quite similar to the holes on my Hermes belt) on a piece of leather for me to choose. This is because she doesn't have the tool to make exact holes. After all these troubles, FREE OF CHARGE!!! I couldn't believe it! According to her, she never charges to punch belt holes (even belts are not made by the store)! While I was there, I saw a huge collection of buckles, leather belts, knives, etc. they are so beautiful and quite affordable. I will definitely take my parents here when they visit the US.

I just bought a cute bag yesterday for $26 that is a fake leather satchel with some silver studs on it. It is now going to be my everyday summer purse! Just like most places on Harwin it is a bit overwhelming upon entry and it is hard to decide what looks good and what looks cheap. Give the bag a good look and mostly if the fake leather is not super shiny then you are good to go. They also have a great selection of evening bags for special occasions.
