The absolute worst place to bring your children. My 6 and 7 year old daughter have been constantly…read moremistreated by Kate. I let it slide several times because I figured they have to be exposed to unkindness in order to grow. Well today was absolutely enough. Kate threatened my daughter with screaming at her if she continued to cough. My daughter spent the rest of her time there holding her breath in order to not cough and get an aggressive reaction from Kate. Today my daughter also decided to wear her pajama bottoms to class. Kate called her, a. 6 year old innocent child...poor and broke. What kind of person who is supposed to be trained to work with children behaves this way? Well apparently Kate and she is fully endorsed and supported by the owner, Rina Nicole Hale. I tried reaching out to her to get assurance that this would not happen to another child again and she simply ignored and blocked me. When my daughters let me know what happened I went back inside to withdraw them. Enough was enough. I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.

He gives such great feedback to the athletes. It doesn't matter if you're a basic or advanced stunter. They have people of all ranges that show up. Ryan is really great about making his way around to everyone. He makes an effort to learn everyone's name and get to know them. You feel right at home there. In most gyms stunt classes I have to do a lot of coaching with my girls. The people running the class like to stick around the more advanced stunters because that's more "fun" to work with. But Ryan is great and makes sure to work with everyone. It's great when you find a coach who actually knows what they're doing and clearly enjoys what they do! I have an infant and a husband who travels. I LOVE that I'm allowed to bring my son with me. Granted I keep him in the carrier the whole time, I worry about someone stepping on him. But I'm so appreciative of a gym that will allow me to work with my girls and have my son with me! Talk about family friendly! If you're in high school thinking about cheering in college, you're in college looking for somewhere to stunt or you're old like me and just like to see if you can still do a few skills I definitely recommend going here on Thursday nights at 8:15. You may get lucky and see my old self attempting to relive the glory days!

Take two on my daughters gymnastics career…read more Last year, I decided to put the kiddo in gymnastics. The kid has some amazing balance for a four year old, is fearless, and is really short. I guess when you put that together you have the makings of the next Mary Lou Retton or the one from Allen Texas who won gold some years back. Anyways, I put her in a program in Denton and we didn't stay to long. Not that it was bad, but it looked more like daycare than actually learning much. And with 8-10 kids in a group, she wasn't getting the attention needed to actually accomplish anything. Granted the place had plenty of trophies lining the cabinets but whatever..... Enter the suggestion of my ex-wife and we found this place. Yes it's smaller, but her class size? A maximum of five kids. Her classes have been her and a little boy, and sometimes another girl. So only two to three kids? I think that's much better and I think she might get things done now. This place is more on the tumbling aspect, so I noticed that there wasn't a balance beam or a vault, but as long as my kiddo is happy, I'm happy.

She has been…read morea member of Cheer and went to state championships 2 years ago, and has 2 years of previous Cheer experience. Unbeknown to us, she was placed with the toddler class on three occasions, even after calling and explaining the mix up and promising to get her in the correct group, which never happened. She was humiliated and was told she did not have the "skill set" to practice with her age group. The front desk manager reprimanded my husband for calling and having a question about placing her in an age appropriate class during busy hours. But since no one answers the phone during closed hours, how would you ask a question or contact them? We drove from China Spring to Robinson for this class, so over Spring Break when we arrived to find no class and no texts, emails, calls, or any communication from the staff. They were quick however to let us know that there would be no pro rating because it was a short month from Ice storms and spring break. Again, it's no one's fault the weather was terrible and mix ups happen, but when you treat a new family so badly and then leave a little girl crying on 3 different occasions and feel no remorse or have no apology for wasting someone's time and money, that's awful. Awful management, no communication, complete waste of time and money. I do not have the front desk manager's name , but you should be able to pick her out from her unprofessional, rude, work ethic and the "been in a bar all night voice."

There is just the right balance of seriousness and fun at ZGGA -- my son has learned to work hard and to push through fatigue and pain but he also gets to be a kid and have a good time. When we go to meets, some of the kids from other Texas teams look like automatons and you can tell that they are afraid of their coaches. In contrast, the Zero Gravity boys are laughing and are clearly participating out of love for the sport. The automatons usually clean up and win all the medals, but I would rather have a child with a smile on his face than a shelf full of trophies. A very serious injury at another gym in town about a year ago really brought home the fact that gymnastics is a potentially dangerous sport. I really appreciate the fact that ZGGA adheres to the strictest safety standards with regard to equipment, staff training, and supervision. Highly recommended.
