I'm not sure what all these bad reviews are about... Every time I come here for an oil change I'm in AND out within 15-20 minutes versus anywhere else I'm sitting there for what feels like hours. The workers here have always made sure to be polite, have always made sure that they get me the best deal possible, and know my name!(even if it's just because it's in their system ;) ) This place has been nothing short of welcoming every time I've come in. I have a newer car so my oil changes can get pretty expensive, but not once have I felt like they were trying to pull wool over my eyes. If you needed the definition of a business that makes you feel like family this is it. I have never had any issues with this place and intend to continue using them in the future. read more

Deceiving prices. I pulled in and the guy asked what year my car was then told me it would be $64.99 for up to 5 quarts of synthetic oil. Brought me the bill and it was $90.62. He never told me the filter was extra and that there was a shop fee. Had my oil changed before for $65 every time. They should have been upfront with charges. No signs telling me about the extra charges. read more

I couldn't figure out how to give 0 stars or I would have. Brought in my own oil and filter and they agreed to change. 3 days later, I noticed oil on my garage floor, and I had no indication on my dipstick. I put in oil, and took my car back to get looked at. They tell me that the gasket on the oil drain plug is broken, and they will replace it. Then they tell me the threads are stripped on the oil pan, and they don't have a person to repair, so I'll have to take it to a shop to get it repaired. They told me their person will be back in about 6 weeks and it will cost 39.99 to repair. They put in a safety plug, and now I have to take it to a real mechanic to get repaired. I won't be returning for more work and I won't be recommending this place to anybody else. I do plan on returning with receipts to recover the cost inflicted by their shoddy workmanship. I went for an oil change and they either didn't put any oil in my car at all or it all leaked out within a couple minutes because when I left my oil light came on, my boyfriend checked my car and there was not a drop of oil in it and when we called they were extremely rude and said my car was already fucked up but all they needed to do was change the oil which they failed to do even though I payed them read more

They completely destroyed my husband's rear differential gears by not putting the plug in correctly (or maybe they didn't put it back in at all). It is going to cost anywhere from $500-$1000 to repair. When my husband called to inform them of the problem and see what they would do to rectify the situation, they informed him he "couldn't prove anything" and gave him a major 'catch us if you can' attitude. They are incredibly rude. I will not return until they get more competent employees. My brother in law was there for an oil change and, because of a very basic mistake, they've cost him way more than they are worth. This place may sport good bargains, but they do shotty work for it. read more

The leaking oil issue has been resolved, there were two causes to the problem. First the location did not have the proper tool to remove the oil filter housing so the employee used a large plier tool that actually crushed the side of the housing. The employee gave up after the housing was partially unscrewed, approx. 3/16 of an inch away from being tight. Secondly the drain plug was three threads away from being tight, in other words it was never properly tightened. This is as bad as it gets, this location not only put my wife at risk due to their disregard to safety and basic fudamentals of trust of workmanship, but they had zero concern that my wife's engine could have been damaged. I'm absolutely furious!!! I went to this place 3 weeks ago for an oil change on the day of my uncles funeral. When we showed up the boss wasn't there so the employees were trying to break into the place to open. My husband and i both got our oil changed in our vehicles. Within 3 weeks my oil rushed out within minutes. My husband checked and found out my oil filter was so loose he had to crank it 5xs for it to be Where it needed to be and there was zero oil left. We went back to this place and talked to the manager which talked to his boss about the problem. First we were told to bring the vehicle in and they would inspect it and fix the problem and pay for towing. Then the boss calls back and says they're not responsible because the oil filter wouldn't loosen itself. I've done plenty of research and gotten second opinions and its true about my findings of a loose oil filter. Now my engine is totally messed up and no one wants to take the blame which they are insured for. I've contacted call for action and will contact my lawyer as well. NEVER EVER GO HERE OR YOU'LL BE LEFT WITHOUT A VEHICLE OR HAVE TO BUY A NEW ENGINE/VEHICLE!!!!!! read more
