I dropped off the vehicle today around 9AM and was greeted by Tom (the father), he explained appropriately how much it would cost and told me that they were down a few men due to COVID but, my car would be ready by the end of the day. At 11:15 Tom (the father) contacted me to tell my car was ready. I went to pickup my vehicle around 2PM and was greeted by Tom (the son) he explained what was done and also explained that there was pieces of the brake pad sticking to the brake disc. Tom said that this was something that may fix itself as the vehicle is driving or may need servicing in a he future. I was pleased with the service and the way both Tom's treated the customer.

The estimate process was seamless and all the information had been transmitted to my insurance by the time I arrived home. They ordered the parts and called me when they arrived so that I could schedule the repairs and rental car. My insurance company sent me here for work after a minor incident. They replaced the front bumper…read morecover and repainted the hood. I was not happy with the poor color match, but they insisted that it was the best they could do. The work was supposed to be guaranteed for life, but when I returned a few years later they wouldn't honor the guarantee. The hood respray was done poorly and paint started flaking off, revealing the original paint underneath. Luckily my insurance company did honor the warranty and sent me to another shop. To be fair, I will say that the original work was done promptly and within the time they promised.

I've taken my Fiat here a couple times and honestly don't want to go anywhere else. They are fairly…read morepriced, and they do great, honest work. I've worked on cars since I was a teenager, but I don't have a place anymore to do so. If they weren't honest, I'd know it. They've never tried to upsell me on anything. They've never been and will never be the "replace your blinker fluid" type of shop. True honest guys that I fully trust. They DO, however, add a 3% fee for using your credit card, so bring cash! First time my car was in, the AC got fixed and it still works perfectly over a year later. Second time, the brakes needed to be done. They replaced the pads, rotors, and calipers - all of which I knew were the problem. The left caliper was sticking (I suspected so,) causing the bulk of my bill. That wasn't an upsell, it was necessary. I also need to get a wheel bearing replaced, but because it's another $400+ job, that will have to wait. Instead of pushing me into it, they warned of the risk, and said it isn't loose, so I do have some time as long as I stick to local driving. That was a relief to have the option to accumulate some money again. I have called around and compared prices, and they are even, if not cheaper than competitors. Fear not! You are not being price gouged!
