She was also very accommodating during the session. Good conversation and super affordable overall. She works out of Juany's hair salon. The salon isn't the nicest but they've got a setup that works and it's a welcoming environment. Each stylist runs their own chair. Farah was lovely and I highly recommend her services! I asked her for a dry haircut because I knew a wash is $20 more, but she insisted on a wash so I thought it would be complimentary but she still charged me $20 AND $15 for 2 strands of curtain bangs along my jawline. I didn't even like the haircut since she didn't cut my hair the way I asked her to :( I was just going to deal with the bad haircut because she was so nice and helpful during the cut, but a day later I was so stressed for paying over $100 for my hair to look the same. So I reached out to her afterwards to see if I could get my hair fixed & she left me on read lol. I waited a full 72 hours to see if she will respond and she didn't. It's such a happy place to be and it's three in one with the makeup, hair, and photography. The studio is next door but they're connected. I came here to get my hair and makeup done last minute for a wedding. They were able to fit me in and were a delight to talk to. I ended up having to do my hair twice because the curls fell quicker than expected and they were able to fix it and didn't charge any extra. Makeup was awesome and the lady was super cool about everything. I have crazy sensitive skin but have no experience with makeup so I wasn't really able to tell her much about what usually itches except for my eyes. She was really patient and found some stuff that wouldn't bother my skin. I really enjoyed coming here and really felt taken care of. My hair fell down quickly anyway because it was windy but I still loved what they did with it and it had a nice design to it even when it fell. I would definitely come back here. I might even do my hair and makeup the same way when we do our 10 year renewal of our vows!

It wouldn't have killed any of the three associates to smile, but I guess that's asking too much. I mentioned one color and once she grab it she went to the counter. The M in MAC could stand for mean because that's definitely what it gave. Well I will not be back. No suggestions or recommendations when I mentioned another color. Then I asked about the lipstick event they were having and the prizes and she was like no. Then I mentioned how there was suppose to be gifts if you spent over a certain amount and she said " Oh yeah well, they ran out of gifts." Hmm okay well I don't think it would have hurt to throw in a sample since the gifts were out but idk.

However, this is my last time going to this location as it seems like the associates that work there, are avoiding customers and have their own stuck up problems.
