I had Atlantic Pumping come out 15 months ago to pump my septic system. The guy came out and what I…read morethought, pumped the septic. He told me when he was finished and I gave him a check. (There's a certain amount of trust that should be expected with company's when they provide a service for you.) Than 2 days ago one of my toilets made a gargling sound so I opened the septic lid and it was completely full. There is only three of us living in the house. So I called another septic company to come out and look at the whole system just incase there was a problem with the drain field or anything else. They came and looked over everything and as I thought the system is fine. I was told that it looks like Atlantic Pumping didn't pump my septic system but charged me for it. The man from the other company told me that it would be almost impossible to fill that septic in 15 months. I am so disappointed that someone would come to home and take advantage of me like that. My best advice to anyone is to stay away from Atlantic Pumping.

After the water pump installation we purchased new water filter system from SENS. That also went well and we appreciated there advice to install one. In 2015 SENS installed a new outside faucet. Several months later the faucet had a defect and again SENS came to our rescue. They installed a new faucet right away and NO CHARGE to the customer. Here is another example of excellent service. Two weeks ago I asked them to look at our water pump and within a couple two hours they we here. No problem found but they wanted to be shore everything was ok. Service is everything. With them it is the best There service manager STEVE WEBSTER is very professional and displays very good manners. He is knowledgeable about his product lines and does not confuse the customer. On his last visit Steve spent considerable time with us showing how we can improve our home and how his company could advise us in the right direction. He was kind, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what he was going to do. He quickly and efficiently completed the job, even vacuuming, when done. He took time to review the job and explain my next steps, as I was installing the faucet myself, at a later date(as part of a kitchen remodel). Before the plumber arrived, I had already done some troubleshooting and explained that the leak became worse when water was being used in the house and slowed significantly when I shut off the main water supply. The plumber briefly looked around, noticed a small amount of water in the HVAC condensate pan, and immediately concluded that the air conditioning was the cause. He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and performs a more comprehensive assessment before ruling out other possibilities.
