The friendly staff that was once there that knew me by name and brought my packages out to me without having to stand in line are all gone. Now I'm having to stand in line, show my ID and sign on an electronic keypad to get my packages. I'm done. And anyone else that's "done" with dealing with the crowds and chaos at UPS stores, come here. Oh, and they also take FedEx drop-offs where the UPS Store didn't. A win-win for me all around!!!

The attendant helping me out wanted to weigh the bigger envelope without all the contents that would be inside of it, to which I told her if it's a weighted item, everything that's going inside the larger envelope should be weighed. After going back and forth for much longer than needed to about what should be done, she decides to do as I was asking (despite her attitude written all over her face). She mentioned it would be a bigger charge and to which I am fine with because on the way to the original destination, everything should be weighed for accuracy, but the smaller envelope should be weighed separately with the contents that will be returning to me. As I was leaving the store, before I could even step outside the building, I heard the other staff (Brooke) say, "you were right." With other customers still in line, we're is the decorum? Anyway, this staff needs to be trained to not talk about customers in front of current customers.

There was no outdoor storage -- it was right on the street so that anyone driving by could have easily opened their car door and just picked it up without getting out of their vechicle. I don't have an exceptionally long driveway, so they could have easily walked it up to my front porch. Additionally, I live in a safe neighborhood, there are no dogs running around, the package could be easily carried with one hand, so this was just pure laziness. You would think that Fedex would expect their delivery people to make the effort to leave a package by the front door to avoid having to pay insurance for lost packages. Just absolutely pathetic. Notice that UPS left a package on my front porch within an hour of the delivery that was left on the side of the road by FedEx. FedEx is just the worst. I've had lost and damaged packages, delayed packages stating I wasn't home when I was. In 20-years, I have never had issues with UPS. Such a difference in quality and service.

All phone numbers for help are transferred to the same program with the same bot, aka artificial intelligence and it is impossible to get a life human person to help and one would think. I remember that when UPS started they had live people to help us and now that they have prospered , yet the quality of service to its' customers, has plummeted to poor and very, I will add. ups.com/track will also not work w/o your tracking no. At this now for an hour and hope this helps someone and UPS pays attention to their latest reviews and not just on here. The bot could not help me after spending 1/2 on phone. Pressing 0 no longer works. This shipment w/notice number only could have been any one package from multiple companies that I have order from recently. We used to be able to put the notice number and it would give us the information. I called my Local franchise UPS store and was advised to call and choose shipping rates and then put the notice number to get a live person but also she looked it up for me and gave me my tracking no.
