ONe has nothing to do with the other. He then informed me that the POA does NOT have to be filed with county but the will does. THIS IS FALSE. IN order for anyone to execute a POA IT HAS TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE. A WILL IS A PERSONAL DOCUMENT AND IS TO BE FILED AND EXECUTED UPON DEATH. RIDICULOUS.
