Quick very helpful paid attention to detail. Was able to get my papers quickly notarized.

This place is top notch. We spend a couple of months here each year and we needed a shipping box. I had an order I needed to send back to Amazon and since we didn't have a printer to print the shipping label, I emailed it to them and they printed for me. I receive things there delivered by fed-x and UPS that I order and I also get mail from home. They give me the same box each year. It's pretty great! You can't go wrong using this company. read more

I am a part time resident who receives medications, financial and household items at Shipping is Our Specialty. Andrea and the team at Shipping is Our Specialty go the extra mile to assist me. They have packed odd shapes and sizes. They have scanned my mail and sent it to me by email while battling Covid. Shipping is Our Specialty has also helped me out with computer services, repairs and equipment. Very professional staff that handles most of my communication needs while I am in the South Padre Island, TX area. read more

All you need - printers, tech assistance, shipping, mail box rental. The ladies here provide friendly, efficient service.

I'm sorry to say, but this establishment needs professional counter help. I'm talking to the lady and she has a smile, a grin on her face as she tried to charge me $18 plus for such a small package to return back to the vendor. This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience at SOS. read more

The most efficient team on the island! All the staff are eager to help, they know their stuff & they hustle! This is a super, one-stop-shop o handle most anything. Best services ever! Extremely responsive and helpful! They printed all my documents in a timely manner! Highly recommended!

Convenient and the staff is very nice and helpful! Didn't want to drive to Brownsville for a FedEx Kinkos. This saved my life when I had to print and sign something while on vacay. Good to know this service is here. read more

SOS staff are friendly and helpful in answering questions and getting your packages. They are pricey when it comes to mailing and faxing services , many hidden costs. Overall better option than the Post Office and the angry staff there. read more

I was at SPI and suddenly needed to have a 40 page contracted printed, signed, scanned and emailed back- and only had 30 minutes to do it or lose the contract! I went to SOS, told them my dilemma, and in 20 minutes it was signed, sealed and delivered! Cathy and Andrea were amazing and very professional. I could not have asked for a better team. It was as though they were my employees working for me! I have since been back many times and it is always the same- professional, courteous and always very helpful. Thank you SOS! read more

My husband and I stay at South Padre Island each year about this time of year. I have used this store last year and then again this year for business mailing. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have emailed documents to them which they then print out for me since I don't have a printer. They then call me that the documents are ready for mailing. They then help me get the documents packaged and mailed. They are so efficient and recommend the best way for me to mail whatever it is I am needing done. read more

They provide fantastic service. Have given me great service for forwarding mail when I am out of town and for many other services they provide. They call me when something should be brought to my attention or need for further directions. Very reasonable rates for the services provided. SOS should be called WOW! Talk about great service and a 'we can do it' attitude. Amy helped me by phone (so I didn't have to come in) print documents from email and mail same day. What a lifesaver - fully recommend - great folks leading a convenient business on the island! read more

Their notary traveled 12 miles to help me out on 2 day notice and they take confidentiality very serious (unlike a nearby service across the pond) I find them to be helpful, professional and very reasonable. They have helped me more than once on shipping, notary, forms, printing and I am more than satisfied... so much so that it is worth the drive across the bridge simply for the service and not have to deal with the nosy, gossipy local service in Port Isabel.... Thank you Ladies! read more

Andrea, you rocked shipping my painting. It made it there safe and sound, Thank you thank you thank you

These guys are awesome. The provide personal touches other mail service businesses do not. I use them for all my business logistic issues.

Nora was simply the best at helping me with all my tax needs because I got a late start in getting everything in. They printed my forms straight from my phone. WOW!!! They saved the day!! Thank you, Nora!! read more

SOS shipping went above and beyond & exceeded my expectations! After returning home from our family vacation in south padre, we realized we accidentally left a 13 gallon trash bag full of wet swim suits, towels, and other pool items behind. I called SOS shipping & Cathy immediately sent someone over to the property management company that we rented from to retrieve the bag. I was obviously concerned about my items being mildewed & wanted to get them home as quickly as possible to wash. I was also concerned that the cost of shipping was going to be substantial due to the items being wet. Cathy graciously offered to take the bag home to wash my items! She then called me the very next day so we could finalize shipping info & payment, and I received my items early the following morning. She even threw in a bag of skittles which made my kiddos very happy! I was thrilled to see our belongings returned & everything smelled wonderful & was packed up very nicely! The shipping cost was more than reasonable, and much less than I was expecting. I am very impressed with the customer service I received! Cathy, thank you for the kindness you've shown me! I appreciate you! read more
