Over QUARTERS. For those of you who are interested in the more detailed version: I left my clothes in the car and went in to check it out (first time there) and get some quarters. Both ladies were basically stalking my toddler and I as we changed out the money and bought a piece of candy for her from the gumball machines. I thought it was kinda weird, but didn't think a lot of it. We were stopped at the door by both ladies who work there (they didn't have anything else to do?) very rudely demanding to know where my laundry was. I told them in the car, and proceeded outside with my daughter. The older one followed us outside, sneering at us the whole way to our vehicle. I gave it a minute or two to see if she would start acting normally, and then decided I would literally wash my clothes in the river before I give this place my business. So I put my daughter in her car seat, and hopped behind the wheel to leave. The older lady ran outside to my car and started BANGING ON MY WINDOW. I rolled the window down and she started yelling at me about how "you people" keep coming in and "stealing" their change. Then she threatened to call the police... HA! Annnnyway, long story short, I spent about five minutes arguing with this crazy person about how I wasn't returning the quarters and her demanding that I WOULD be returning the quarters. She kept threatening to call the police, until I started giving her my information (complete with spellings) for her to write down and share with them when they arrived. I finally told her I'd had enough of this nonsense and was leaving, so she yells, "B!+&h" really loudly (in front of my toddler) as I was rolling up the window. As I backed out of the space, I realize there are THREE other cars in the lot full of customers witnessing this. The crazy woman is still shouting obscenities and flipping me off over and over from the patio. I laughed and shrugged my shoulders at one of the customers (hopefully she's a "former" customer after she witnessed that craziness), and she gave me this look of sympathy like she'd witnessed this sort of behavior before. To the owners of this business-- SERIOUSLY, you need to fire these women and hire someone that won't scare off your customers. We are full-time stationary RVers who spend about $100/mo.+ on laundry--and these women (particularly the old one) just lost our business. I have a Master's degree in Business, and I can guarantee that your bottom line will improve if you hire new people and pay them a decent wage. Best of luck to you!

I had a 50 that needed to be exchanged asked and the lady advised needed to wait for her mother. Got on the phone and within 10 mins of waiting for her mother.. The lady gets all ups set say we dont change 50 never bring this back again.. pulls the bills out of her box and slams it on the table.. As her mom walks in she go to tell her mom to give me the change so I can leave.. and i am like wait i wasnt rude all you had to say is no. It would have been fine and I would have gone to stripes to get the change. SHE STARTS TO YELL AT HER MON AGAIN TO GIVE HIM HIS CHANGE SO HE CAN LEAVE.. if it wasnt for my clothes in the washer i would have left. I would never come to this place again.
