Wish I could leave 0 stars…read more Long story short, Isaac and this business were horrible to work with and still owes me $3,000 from substantial damages to our contents. I'd gladly pay double what I paid him for a smoother process and an actual professional business. Since he has not delivered on funds that have been owed for over a year, I'll assume this is a lost cause. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Isaac has changed his number and has had some extremely consistent family tragedies (we pray are true for his sake). Worst decision ever entrusting him with our cross country move.

When our movers failed to arrive at the promised time, I called the business to make sure…read moreeverything was okay, and was told the men were running late. A few minutes later, I received a call back informing me that one of the movers couldn't make it to work. The company eventually called me to say they found coverage and would eventually arrive almost an hour later than scheduled. My appointment was for 9AM and this business is a ~5 minute drive from my residence, according to Google Maps. Moving is stressful enough. There are deadlines that have to be met involving multiple companies and people. For instance, the U-Haul truck I rented for this move had to be returned in another city by a certain time. My family who volunteered to transport my car needed to be back in time to rest for their jobs. Showing up on time is part of being a professional. Or at least that's what I was taught. I decided to ask the movers to leave after the 1 hour minimum, even though we had more boxes to transport. They failed to follow directions and even took apart my table without asking. It just wasn't worth the trouble. When it was time to pay, I was initially billed for the wrong time. I'm not sure if the man was trying to rip me off by playing stupid, but from start to finish, it left a bad taste in my mouth. It would be like me showing up to work late, then asking my boss for a raise for the work I didn't do. If you need moving help in the Valley, I strongly recommend Rockstar Moving. They are dependable, professional, honest, hard-working people. I hired them to move in the exact same furniture into my residence (see my previous review), so it's easy to make a direct comparison. Had they not been already booked, I would've chosen them again.

She called her manager to inquire, then she handed me a tiny receipt with the order number and just specified that I dropped 4 pieces, nothing else. No description those were suits. I asked for the itemized description of the garments to take with me. The manager came to the phone telling me in the rudest way that she wanted me to pick up my clothes and go take them somewhere else. I know this place has lost some of my wife's clothes in the past, just for not saying they were stolen from her . If this is the way this so called manager is treating her customers from the get go what can be expected from her if they do damage or lose one of my clothes? Better to go somewhere else where they value their customers and understand their reasonable concerns.

Awesome Service at This Place!!…read more It only cost me $1.00 per shirt to get my shirts pressed and starched. They also have a deal where if you take in 12 shirts to get pressed they'll only charge you $10.00 which comes out to $0.83 per shirt to be pressed and starched. The people that work here (who are the owners) only speak SPANISH, but they are learning some english. The place is located right next door to the Tea Rush Cafe on North 10th Street. They also only accept cash, NO CREDIT CARDS. I figured id come onto yelp and try to get these good people and their business on the map and write them their first review on the web. Their store hours are, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Not to sure about weekends
