I took 2 very expensive and new suits to this place, I asked the clerk if they provide any kind of insurance in case of any damages. She called her manager to inquire, then she handed me a tiny receipt with the order number and just specified that I dropped 4 pieces, nothing else. No description those were suits. I asked for the itemized description of the garments to take with me. The manager came to the phone telling me in the rudest way that she wanted me to pick up my clothes and go take them somewhere else. I know this place has lost some of my wife's clothes in the past, just for not saying they were stolen from her . If this is the way this so called manager is treating her customers from the get go what can be expected from her if they do damage or lose one of my clothes? Better to go somewhere else where they value their customers and understand their reasonable concerns. read more

Unfortunately this people don't have the minimum understanding how to run a business, my wife left my medical coat there for 2 weeks even after they literally destroyed it and paid for a new one, any smart person would never bring more business to them. I was an idiot and let my wife take it again now only god knows what they have done to it again and they are saying haven't worked 2 days and that's why it's this delay. It's just not the type of business you can rely on to bring uniforms even though they told my wife would be ready the next week, and items that are important to you. My recommendation stay away from them, I am not sure they can actually clean items that are not important so bring at your own risk. When someone start arguing with you trying to make a fool of you by trusting this place it's a bad sign. Lesson learned. read more

my boyfriend likes them but I am lukewarm. They couldn't clean my silk kimono, actually made the stain that was there a little worse. It takes a long time, several days(!) to get the items back. So plan ahead for your weekend event, that means bring it in the Monday prior :/ also, I don't think - but am not certain - they don't do leather (even if it means takes 2wks sending it elsewhere). Top-Tier 5star expensive cleaners should be able to these things. read more

I just needed 8 shirts IRONED !! The lady who helped me made it seem that I would get a "GREAT" service there. It cost close to $40 just for this service and after 5 days got the shirts. TO MY Surprise, THESE HAD an awful smell!!!! I was so upset because these were done under "laundry"!!! I am very particular about washing my clothes and only needed help with the IRONING!!! this place takes there clients clothes to some place in Pharr TX and they have no idea what soap/chemicals they use!! Young lady who helped me was ok with me saying "I will never come back to this place"!! she replied with 'OK' and then offered to send my clothes back and these would be ready in another 5 days??!!! after explaining that I needed these the next day, she called and I waited another day. First lady (manager) was helpful but very deceiving because all they want is your $. They say "oh yes yes we are the best place in town and we do all our pieces by hand..." My shirts had an odd smell, were NOT all that greatly IRONED!! and worst of all!! They STAPLE the TAG to your clothing!! Mine had the tags stapled at the bottom and left holes!!! NEVER NEVER will I take my things here!! Ill try another place. I f I were you, I would ask what chemicals they use? and definitely ASK to NOT Staple those tags to your clothing!! read more

Go to Palace Cleaners. They are cheaper, do a good a job and are not phonies. D&M has their Christian music playing and act all sweet and friendly, but Lord forbid you have a question or complaint. The attitude can change on a dime. Very disappointing. read more

I would not recommend this place in the slightest. I went and asked if it was possible to have a dress cleaned for my wife for the following day, and the owner did not even turn around and look at me when she told me it was not possible. At least give me the respect of turning around and looking at me and the item. I just moved here 3 weeks ago and will never return again! read more

I used to take my Army uniforms to the Pharr location whenever I needed to have alterations done, they are very familiar with Army regs on how it should be done. Recently I started to wear suit or coat & ties for work and shopped around the north McAllen area for a decent laundry service. I found that their attention to detail is by far a cut above the rest, not having to deal with broken buttons, double creases and French cuffs not properly cleaned saves time & money, their staff is always very attentive and courteous. several times I have left creditcards or money in my pockets and you can count on their honesty to have all those items returned. read more
