I'll definitely be going when needed.

Today was the final straw with the card replenish machine only taking cash again. Prior to this the automatic doors have not worked for at least 9 months. Not understanding why since there are no door handles this has not been addressed. The floor is always dirty. Understanding this can be a very busy location but!!! The rolling carts most of them only have 3 wheels that work. Does not seem the employees actually care or just are to busy doing other things that monitor the business. Even today the doors are manual only.

She called her manager to inquire, then she handed me a tiny receipt with the order number and just specified that I dropped 4 pieces, nothing else. No description those were suits. The manager came to the phone telling me in the rudest way that she wanted me to pick up my clothes and go take them somewhere else. I know this place has lost some of my wife's clothes in the past, just for not saying they were stolen from her . If this is the way this so called manager is treating her customers from the get go what can be expected from her if they do damage or lose one of my clothes? Better to go somewhere else where they value their customers and understand their reasonable concerns.

Then when I unpacked it a few weeks later I realized I left a bag! A contractor bag of my kids clothes! Their favorite clothes. I had been going through a lot and was in a rush with a lot on my mind. Only to go back and ask this laundry mat if I left it there, and they said no! Which I knew was not true! I pleaded with them, "Look if I left it just tell me so I do not go crazy looking for it. I know u are not responsible for it." Still couldn't even tell me the truth! Like wow you seen me there day after day load after load and seen me folding everything. Still nothing! Now I would think that much clothes someone is going to need! They will be back! Guess that's just me! It was literally all my kids stuff. They have hardly no clothes now. As I had been staying with a friend and living out of a luggage! This place couldn't even have the decency to say, "Hey it was a few weeks and we got rid of it." See when I couldn't find a certain something I figured it was there somewhere and when I got to unpack it I would find it. I never thought I would of left it but I had so much and so much on my plate! Make a long story short...people sometimes are so disappointing! Ps Thanks for deleting my Facebook post... at which time someone could of said sorry! Instead you ignore and report me! My whole Facebook got shut down!! But to So to Whoever took the bag... the workers or someone else(as I would like to give people that work there or own it the benefit of doubt) Hope u know my kids have just a suitcase each of their clothes now...What would be weird is if my kids or I see another kid with their clothes on.Enjoy because, God doesn't sleep!
