I have $2.50 credit on the Huebsch app since 2021. I would like to use at the laundry mat or get a refund. SpinX doesnt use the app after it went down and was never fixed. Can you help? Place is an absolute dive. No A/C, dirty and EXPENSIVE. It's like the owners have turned a blind eye to the place, and the app no longer works here. I had to use the services a few a years back when my washing machine broke down. It was great back then. My washing machine broke down again and I came right here because of the positive first experience. Its now a neglected money maker owed by slum lords. The money I had remaining on the app is useless. I'm extremely annoyed and out over $50. read more

Spin X Press Laundry on 23rd. East door doesn't work. Some the $6.50 washers don't fill up with water and half of the time they will not not turn on the AC Or the fans. Kid friendly?? lol nope!! None of the 6 tvs are on and none of the I-Pads are in service and don't bother washing your hands in the men's bathroom because there will never be paper towels or a way to dry your hands. Most the time atm that fill your washer card doesn't work correctly. The dryers do work flawlessly. They literally don't care and understand you will sit there and wash regardless. This place is big and very clean. I have been coming her for about 2 months and I have yet have any issue. Staffs are great people, very professional, attentive, friendly, and helpful. They have lots of machines of 2,4,6 loader and up to 100lbs loaders. Washer starts at $1.75, dryer starts at $1.50. read more

Super clean and very nice staff. Twice the size of the laundry mat we were going before. My uniforms come out very starched here. I like that. The loads are less expensive the machines newer too. They use cards too instead of cash which is better imho. Deployed here a while longer lol so we will be back! read more

This morning I go in early to get my errands done for the day.I arrived at 6 am -ish. Its smells horrible. Vaping or drugs. Yes there is a Vape city next door but never has the smell "seeped" over and the vape store has been open for quite awhile. I understand if the door opens and closes and some smell might enter the laundromat but then it would dissipate - no this smell was super potent and was originating from inside the laundromat. At 6:40 am the smell was stronger. I come to get my clothes clean NOT pick up a smell. A smell that I do not care for. If I wanted to inhale that then I would go and buy it myself. Is this legal in this place?? Kids come here with their parents.The laundromat advertises- its kids friendly . They have popcorn and movies.You see reviews of this being a family safe area. This is not safe. Giving a review of "not good" - 1 star. No it's a very negative review. 1 star is still in the positive range. What a morning. read more

This laundromat has more than enough machines. Very clean - the workers are always sweeping and wiping things down. Pay by card or phone app - no hassling w coins. Large machines go up to 100 lbs. Very reasonable price. Love that my clothes smell clean after each wash and dries with just one cycle compared to the hotel ones where you have to do multiple cycles to dry. Planet Fitness is right next door so you can workout while you get your laundry done. read more

They have been really nice to work with. They have picked up my laundry from my hotel while I'm here for covid relief. I am giving them 4 stars because I have went in to do the laundry myself and 1/2 of the smaller washers were out of order. I even went in once where only 3 out of 14 or so were not working. read more

This place is amazing, you do have to use an app on your phone but it's secure. I like not having to tote around quarters it keeps the balance that you put in your phone for your next visit and if I forget dryer sheets I can just buy some there the popcorn is yummy and their bathrooms are really clean in fact I always see them maintaining and cleaning and the staff is always helpful it's a little techy than most laundry mats but that's what I like read more

I'm in town for work and decided to take my clothes there so they could wash it for me. I had to pay extra money for them to have it same day or next day. When I went to pick up my clothes the next day, they didn't have my clothes ready for pick up, they still had it in the dryer not ready for me. So I paid extra for no reason because my clothes was not ready. If your in town and need to get your clothes washed I wouldn't recommend bringing your clothes here you'll pay extra and they won't have your clothes ready in time and you won't be able to get a refund either . SO DONT COME TO THIS PLACE read more

Wow, I have I've 5,000 followers and the first time I check this place out it's nice I post about it & express how convenient it is for myself & my son. Then they convinced me to download their "app" to add credit each use of machine, BING I get a charge on my card instantly- I want my refund, employee TEXTES his boss, ("boss is too busy or manager cause it's late") mind you it was burly going to be 8pm. I do not care what time it is any BUSINESS owner, or who work in business knows customers come first. I am very disappointed i have to call and and all cause "they will get back the next morning" it's been 72 hrs and no callback. UNPROFESSIONAL & not good leadership. Last time ever. I want a call back today before this and more problems I had gets added on every review page possible. You all just OPENED, be wise and take care of your business and clients.
