When I called to find out what time the person was going to arrive, the person who took the called sounded like he was asleep. After arrival, I was told the interstate had lanes closed. He had a mask on, but no shoe covering. I told him your company should have shoe covering when you are entering and providing services. They cleaned three rooms -- master bedroom, basement with stairs and den. He left brown stains in my master bedroom and basement. The worst part, he blew out the island socket with their machine they used to clean carpet. Last, I still had spots on my carpet, and he rushed to clean my carpet. When I called them the next day the person on the line told me he couldn't talk right now, I will call you back in 5 minutes, and hung up the phone. He never called back.

There are ceiling fans and plenty of places to sit. Nice rolling baskets with hanging space. Ladies mopping and drying the floor and sweeping trash. We came on a busy summer Saturday around noon . The place was mostly full but there were still washers open. We had no trouble with parking. I even misplaced my prepaid laundry card and an attendant found and asked me if it was mine!
