He said that he his truck had broke down and he was unable to pick up my car that day, but would be in contact with me as soon as he had a truck in the area. I waited over five days with no direct communication from him. I continued to contact him to get one excuse after another he then stated he was going to have to pay an extra $500 out of his own pocket to transport my car to me. I then offered him to refund my money which he did readily. I then contacted another car transport company. They picked my car up within 12 hours of me signing the contract people never use this company.

I first set up a transaction with Danny back on December 2nd, 2017 and he made it sound so seamless and easy for my move from Los Angeles, CA to Atlanta, GA. I selected Tuesday January 16th as the date I wanted them to come and get the car because I had scheduled my flight for January 17th in the am.... figuring in it would give them enough time to get my car there in the five day time frame they have quoted me when we first spoke. Danny asked it was okay if they could come on Monday the 15th instead I said sure works for me. Saturday comes and goes never hear from Danny. I'm getting worried because I'm set to start a new life in a new city in less than 4 days and the company shopping my Camaro hasn't called and said Anything. I called Danny on that Sunday and asked were they still coming to get my car and explained I needed to update the shipping address as well. Danny said they were still coming and that they would be there on Monday morning to pick up the car. Danny said I could put up to 150 pounds of my items in the car as well. Sunday night after I got off of my 11 hour shift at work I pack my car Up and get it ready for the pick up that I was promise on Monday morning. Monday morning comes and about 11:30am Danny texts me and says there has been a small delay and if it was okay to pick up the car the next day on Tuesday evening I agree because I would still be in LA. I get a call Tuesday morning from someone who is suppose to be the driver who says they cannot pick Up the car until Wednesday evening because that's what the order shows. I told him that was not the plan and I would not be in LA anymore and that the car has to be picked up that day because I cannot be there on that Wednesday. The driver JAKE FROM ERBO AUTO TRANSPORT told me he had only been in Cali for three days and that he needed his time off and that he was only getting the car because his boss is making him do it. So in other words he's going to pick it up when he gets good and ready. I call Danny immediately called three times no answer I send a txt and he responds immediately that he will see what happen and call me back. Wednesday I've landed in Atlanta call my grandmother it's 2pm her time she said no call from the driver and he had not picked up the car. I call Danny and he driver now the driver is saying he won't make it until 5-6pm ....so now my grandmother is incovinced the entire day waiting on this driver who has been in LA for three days. My grandmother calls me at 9pm at night they finally came and go the car smh. Danny tells me I cannot call him and ask him where my car is and that it will get there when it gets there. Danny is laughing constantly on the call he wasn't professional at all and really made the situation worse. After having to literally go off on Danny I finally ask for his manager or boss and then Danny is singing a different tone. He sends me a text with regrets and how he doesn't want to lose his job because he hasn't been getting much sleep because of his new born and that he didn't mean to keep laughing. I told him it's all good just make sure your boss calls me. The next day I received a call from "CARLOS" who is suppose to be Danny's boss but sounds just like Danny and I know for a fact that it is Danny and call it out immediately and he knows I know it's him. He denies it over and over again and says that he's going to have to fire Danny for this incident and I'm like Danny you're going to fire yourself stop it. At this point it's comical. So Carlos aka Danny tells me he's going to give me a $45 refund for my troubles and that he will make sure I get the money back via my bank account and that the driver will be here on Monday evening. The driver texts me and tells me he is not a pizza delivery... this was a horrible experience.

Knowing how this works after so many times shipping my car I expected some " misinformation " or price changes but since I started dealing with Guy I got all the facts upfront. I.e can or can not do it, times, Windows and realistic prices that got the car moved. I prefer straight attitude when giving my business to someone than getting the run around even if I'm paying more. ( and that means giving me the price it should be from the get go for the car to be shipped Vs booking it low and uprising the price later on.) I have no further interest in doing or referring this business, however the gentleman from this business CALLS me directly discuss about this review. I answered him sure, and he wanted to know why i gave him bad review! well, look at my experience! vehicle delivered 3-4 days late. made me wait 2 hours when driver said "be there in 15 minutes". he thinks that 2 hours delay is "COUPLE MINUTES LATE"? wow, i'm shocked. here's my original review---- The guy is a decent guy. But I have no faith on the delivery service of the car. The delivery day has been pushed everyday for a week. Everyday is the false promise of "will be delivered tomorrow". The guy tries hard to work with you but, hey we need the car delivered as promised. There was outsourced company, seems like they cannot get the correct contact number for 10th time. Person named Luba(?) is very rude. Overall communication on delays are non-existing. Delivery time even to the hour they state is wrong. ("Will be there in 15 min" won't happen for another 2hours). Delivery guy did not deliver the vehicle at the location. He made me meet him at the near by PepBoys.. They state the delivery was delayed due to truck breaking down, They could've easily let us know head of time so we can prepare for at least a rental car... If you need to transport your vehicle, this isn't your service to pick.

That seemed fine. We had a pickup date of 2/13 and estimated delivery date of 2/20. This was perfect because the vehicle was a gift for my wife's birthday on 2/26, so we had plenty of time. The car was picked up on time. Then came the delays and excuses. Firstly, they outsourced to a driving company called Epic Hauling, where nobody speaks English. They are all Polish. So when they call, you can't understand anything they say. Next, the delivery was delayed due to mechanical issues with the shipping truck. Not once, not twice, not 3 times. Not even 4 times. They had mechanical issues 5 separate times. And each issue caused a 2-3 day delay. Multiply that by 5 and things are not looking good. Needless to say my wife's birthday came and went. And the surprise was ruined. I always wanted to get her a car like this, and wrap it in a bow like the commercials. :( We ended up getting the vehicle in early March. Very late at night. They asked if I had a flashlight to inspect the car. And we used Google translate to communicate. Not anything like the experience I hoped for or was promised. If you don't care about how long your shipment takes, then this may be the company for you. Otherwise you have many other options.
