Lots of REALLY bad reviews across the industry... The experience overall was really good. The first truck scheduled cancelled, but their dispatcher Natalie was able to get a 2nd one next day. Timing for the pickup had gotten tight, but the truck was on time, and car delivered as scheduled also. Communication was great all the way through, and a bonus that I got an enclosed hauler for the open hauler price quoted. Shout out to the driver Mike from VI Trucking Inc, out of WA state. I know the price will sound good or at least they will make it sound good the first time you set it up with them but don't do it!!! I first set up a transaction with Danny back on December 2nd, 2017 and he made it sound so seamless and easy for my move from Los Angeles, CA to Atlanta, GA. I selected Tuesday January 16th as the date I wanted them to come and get the car because I had scheduled my flight for January 17th in the am.... figuring in it would give them enough time to get my car there in the five day time frame they have quoted me when we first spoke. Danny asked it was okay if they could come on Monday the 15th instead I said sure works for me. Saturday comes and goes never hear from Danny. I'm getting worried because I'm set to start a new life in a new city in less than 4 days and the company shopping my Camaro hasn't called and said Anything. I called Danny on that Sunday and asked were they still coming to get my car and explained I needed to update the shipping address as well. Danny said they were still coming and that they would be there on Monday morning to pick up the car. Danny said I could put up to 150 pounds of my items in the car as well. Sunday night after I got off of my 11 hour shift at work I pack my car Up and get it ready for the pick up that I was promise on Monday morning. Monday morning comes and about 11:30am Danny texts me and says there has been a small delay and if it was okay to pick up the car the next day on Tuesday evening I agree because I would still be in LA. I get a call Tuesday morning from someone who is suppose to be the driver who says they cannot pick Up the car until Wednesday evening because that's what the order shows. I told him that was not the plan and I would not be in LA anymore and that the car has to be picked up that day because I cannot be there on that Wednesday. The driver JAKE FROM ERBO AUTO TRANSPORT told me he had only been in Cali for three days and that he needed his time off and that he was only getting the car because his boss is making him do it. So in other words he's going to pick it up when he gets good and ready. I call Danny immediately called three times no answer I send a txt and he responds immediately that he will see what happen and call me back. Wednesday I've landed in Atlanta call my grandmother it's 2pm her time she said no call from the driver and he had not picked up the car. I call Danny and he driver now the driver is saying he won't make it until 5-6pm ....so now my grandmother is incovinced the entire day waiting on this driver who has been in LA for three days. My grandmother calls me at 9pm at night they finally came and go the car smh. Danny tells me I cannot call him and ask him where my car is and that it will get there when it gets there. Danny is laughing constantly on the call he wasn't professional at all and really made the situation worse. After having to literally go off on Danny I finally ask for his manager or boss and then Danny is singing a different tone. He sends me a text with regrets and how he doesn't want to lose his job because he hasn't been getting much sleep because of his new born and that he didn't mean to keep laughing. I told him it's all good just make sure your boss calls me. The next day I received a call from "CARLOS" who is suppose to be Danny's boss but sounds just like Danny and I know for a fact that it is Danny and call it out immediately and he knows I know it's him. He denies it over and over again and says that he's going to have to fire Danny for this incident and I'm like Danny you're going to fire yourself stop it. At this point it's comical. So Carlos aka Danny tells me he's going to give me a $45 refund for my troubles and that he will make sure I get the money back via my bank account and that the driver will be here on Monday evening. The driver texts me and tells me he is not a pizza delivery... this was a horrible experience.

If…read moreyou've ever needed to get your car shipped, you know that it can be a pretty terrifying experience simply because you don't know who will be taking care and who will be driving your car. After hours of doing our research and receiving tons of emails from dozens of brokers, we decided to work with Bill from Plymouth and we are so happy we did. If you're familiar with the car shipping industry, you'll know that brokers will often will tell you everything you want to hear in order to get your business. Bill on the other hand will tell you not just the good but he will be very honest with you in regards to what to expect. He's very thorough with explaining the process and doesn't make empty promises. One of the biggest advantages of choosing Bill is the personal service he offers. Unlike the bigger trucking companies, you can actually call him directly on his personal phone line and speak with him if ever you have any questions and that to me is a HUGE bonus. All this wouldn't matter if this wasnt necessary and you don't care about your car, but if you take pride in your car and want to put it in the best hands with a trustable company, then go with Bill because he actually delivers on everything he says he will do. He told me a quote and worked hard to honor it. He told me the car pick up window would be 1-5 days from the pick up date, and my car was picked up by day 3. He told me I could call him anytime for any questions, and he was always there. The one thing I appreciate the most about his company is the customer service and honesty. He definitely exceeded my all of my expectations. If you're like me and immediate trustable customer support is important to you, go with Bill. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done to make me feel comfortable with this entire process and for always being there whenever I had any questions. I will most definitely be returning to him to ship my car back to California when I return to the country. Bottom line, if you're reading this review, look no further and get in touch with Bill. I guarantee you that you will be happy that you did. You can request a quote on Yelp which is what I did and if you do, I bet you he will respond to you ASAP just as he does throughout the entire process! Thank you again for everything, Bill! :)

The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! That was really challenging for us working out receiving the car.

We chose Priority Auto Relocations out of many available options. And we regretted it…read more We were shipping a Lincoln Navigator from NJ to CA and the cost was $2465 for an enclosed shipment. That seemed fine. We had a pickup date of 2/13 and estimated delivery date of 2/20. This was perfect because the vehicle was a gift for my wife's birthday on 2/26, so we had plenty of time. The car was picked up on time. Then came the delays and excuses. Firstly, they outsourced to a driving company called Epic Hauling, where nobody speaks English. They are all Polish. So when they call, you can't understand anything they say. Next, the delivery was delayed due to mechanical issues with the shipping truck. Not once, not twice, not 3 times. Not even 4 times. They had mechanical issues 5 separate times. And each issue caused a 2-3 day delay. Multiply that by 5 and things are not looking good. Needless to say my wife's birthday came and went. And the surprise was ruined. I always wanted to get her a car like this, and wrap it in a bow like the commercials. :( We ended up getting the vehicle in early March. Very late at night. They asked if I had a flashlight to inspect the car. And we used Google translate to communicate. Not anything like the experience I hoped for or was promised. If you don't care about how long your shipment takes, then this may be the company for you. Otherwise you have many other options.
