Both Julie and Christine suggested I start with Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy and a foot detox! I was a bit nervous about the Hyperbaric chamber but Christine was with me the whole time and walked me through every step and 40 minutes later I felt AMAZING! I am definitely going to do more sessions! I was a little tired and sluggish when I came in, but after this 1 session, I felt soooooo good! My brain fog was better, I felt happy and had energy! Next was the red light therapy which I had done before for period cramps etc so I knew what to expect with this and it really helps my lower back with stiffness etc...I did that for about 20 min and felt great! I first came in with two slipped discs in my neck and had little to absolutely no mobility. within three months of weekly treatments I was able to wrestle again and I was able to have complete range of motion in my neck. After my National tournament in 2009 I separated my shoulder and shoulder blade and within a couple of months, Heather was able to fix me so I could go back on the mat. She is amazing and pin points the problem areas and works with me to restore and fix them. It's not always pleasant but the results are incredible.
