I have been an avid client for Heather and her massage therapy for the past 8 years. She not only provides great service but a warm and welcomed environment when walking in. Her facilities provide privacy and comfort when receiving a therapy session as well as a full bathroom and lobby area. There is also a rest area for other guests and she provides wireless internet as well. Nothing but comfort when you enter this establishment. I first came in with two slipped discs in my neck and had little to absolutely no mobility. within three months of weekly treatments I was able to wrestle again and I was able to have complete range of motion in my neck. After my National tournament in 2009 I separated my shoulder and shoulder blade and within a couple of months, Heather was able to fix me so I could go back on the mat. She is amazing and pin points the problem areas and works with me to restore and fix them. It's not always pleasant but the results are incredible. I have had doctors tell me that i'm finished or I will not be able to compete anymore. As soon as I go to Heather, BAM! I am fixed, I am better, and I am ready to step on the mat again thanks to Heather and her healing hands and warm personality! Heather herself is a beautiful and caring individual when she works with you. She not only pin points what may be wrong with your body but also provides an explanation to what and how your body is and then explains what she is going to do to better help you. This is an amazing characteristic in some one that you are going to trust your body with. Currently I am a competitive athlete in wrestling and jiu-jitsu and she with out effort helps me with countless injuries, sore and aches. I completely trust her to help me when my body is in need of some TLC. Not only is Heather great at what she does but she has experience as well. She also works with pro athletes and celebrities. Heather's amazing aura and gentle touch will help you and improve your lifestyle. Like I said I have been an AVID client for the past eight years and I refer everybody to her that is in need or in some sort of muscular pain. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with my massage. They're a little quiet, but very nice. I've never had to wait and the prices are super cheap. They'll start you off with a hot foot soak and a head massage, which is great and go on from there depending on what you requested. My friends leg did not actually get better it got worse. And now she is scared and now has to spend more money in scar creams to try to heal the mess this women made. Heather is the BEST massage therapist I have ever gone to. She really knows how to get all of the kinks out of your muscles. I started going to her when I was pregnant with twins. She helped make my pregnancy more bearable and I was able to continue holding the babies comfortably in my womb up until full-term. Carrying twins is completely different than carrying a singleton (which I have experience with as well). Heather worked miracles in alleviating all of my sore muscles and made the pain stay away for an extended period of time. Heather was professional and personable, and very knowledgeable. I went in expecting a standard massage, but after describing to her my laundry list of ailments, she questioned and spoke with more understanding than the past 3 medical specialists I've been to. She aptly described the muscular system as a series of pulleys, and so after an hour of her loosening some pulleys and tightening others, I walked out of there with a very odd feeling: the absence of discomfort and pain in my lower-back and left leg. It wasn't until later in the week that I truly realized how much discomfort I had been in while doing such simple things as walking, driving and sitting at my desk. Lack of communication, she blocked my email address and do not answer to text. Buyers beware, bait and switch on therapist and service location. She fabricated treatment calendar to submit to credit card company. Her communications with me were via Heather Sims dba as SQ. Muscle Whisperer, so if there are any dispute on fees, credit card company will not take messages without reference to Muscle Whisperer, obviously she is referred to as Heather most of the time when being addressed rather than Muscle Whisperer. It's fine buying single sessions for her, as she probably does a better job, I bought sessions and added big tips in the package as well.... Such a SCAM!!! I hope no one else falls into my shoes.
