His private teacher Cameron is just awesome, and has provided our son with consistent, encouraging feedback. He's made our son comfortable in a way I didn't expect from this place. If it wasn't for Jason and his instructors, my son would not have started in the entertainment industry. This is aimed at the owner, Jason Cheng who runs and operates the business. His assertive communication style is regulated on unwavering restrictions that seem to "school" parents. He gives 3 days after submitting an invoice for corrections and then is unwilling to make adjustment He charged us for lessons on Mondays (we are Tuesdays) and after correcting charged us for Xmas Eve and New Years Eve. When I asked to adjust and remove these holidays he "schooled me" that it was past the 3 day limit and then sent me a text as though he was bending over backwards to accommodate us on Nationally registered Holidays. Really? there are more places to have my daughter take music lessons- Be careful as I would advise to steer clear and pay teachers directly!!!! Your management service is not a benefit Jason :)
