I can NOT say enough wonderful things about David & his assistant Ed. David's Price is Right Flooring was reasonably priced. David, gave me an estimate & that was the actual price. No delays, no last minute added costs, hidden fees, nothing. What was on the estimate was the price I actually paid. They showed up on time this morning ready to work!! They were very professional, neat & personable. The 1st 2 pictures are of the old crappy Dura Ceramic flooring that was literally flaking up & the rest are pictures of the new floor. Just an FYI, I don't give rave reviews unless they are earned & these 2 definitely earned every exuberantly satisfied word.

Charged $300.00 to visit (deductible from final cost if he does the job). The estimate came in at almost $11,000.00. I found alternatives and in the end paid $2,600 + material to replace approximately 90sqft of flooring. To me Artisan implies superior workmanship and they may have done a phenomenal job but it could have cost almost as much as the entire floor.

From start to finish, Victor and the 2 other men on the team were knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely responses. Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. I would highly recommend Construction on Time for your renovation project. I will be reaching out to them for any future projects.
