They did such an exceptional job, when we needed roofing and siding help, (Lake Eufaula) we did not hesitate to ask them for a quote again. They were not the cheapest, but the workmanship and dependability was a huge factor in fulfilling our need because that job was 2 hours away. They did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Fast forward a couple years and we just bought a new home with 4 skylights. Without hesitation, we called them and within 2 weeks they were in and look wonderful. Again with the exceptional workmanship and customer care. We even were delayed a day on the install because of the excessive high winds. It was not an inconvenience it was a relief that they cared more about their workers than a payment. Here is the truth of it. I don't know these people, I am just a customer out of convenience. They have treated me better than family and even brought "Dolly" out to meet my grandchildren on the final inspection. That says a lot. We have a family friend who has always done our windows and now letting McCanns take them on possibly because they have done such an exceptional job for us everywhere else... and our friend can stay retired. I have read the 1 star reviews. I don't buy it. Someone always call back. Someone always checks back to see if we are happy. Not always the same person. Anyone in that company will make you a priority. I have spoke and interacted with so many different employees. They are all great. Even that dog.

I had a "lifetime warranted" shingle....certainly an upgrade from former shingle, put on last July (2018). Changed insurances in May and they now tell me that I have DAMAGE! Damage, when no neighbors are having roofing issues.... brand-new roof.... lifetime warranty. Need shingle company. Sure don't want to recommend this brand to anyone. I am so ignorant, evidently, about shingle quality that I thought I'd bought the best I could buy.... unless I went with metal. Today, I'm told this was "just an upgrade", not hail-resistant. Good grief!

Sentry was a company I had heard of but never had any business with so I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew they'd be busy, as we were obviously not the only people affected by the storm. Not to mention, I live about an hour from Norman where they're based out of. Blake answered the phone and surely heard the desperation in my voice (can't sell a tornado damaged home!). He had one of his foreman at my house THAT DAY to assess the damage and estimate what it would take to repair. Very quick and very responsive. Here's where Blake separated himself from the other contractors I spoke with... after insurance had their inspector come out they tried skimping out on us big time. I was given a laughable report! 40 shingles, 12 sq ft of siding, yada yada.. I'm no roofing expert but from the ground with the naked eye I knew that wasn't accurate. Blake was completely honest and transparent from the get go. He assured me I needed a complete roof replacement (which I had already thought myself) and that there was much more damage that needed addressing. A thorough professional in my eyes. He took it upon himself to help deal with the insurance company and get another inspection done with his guidance. The tone seemed to change afterwards and we were scheduled for all our repairs immediately. I will do my best to remember to update this review with pictures after the repairs. Thank you Blake!
