When the driver made a sharp turn, my father's wheelchair fell backwards with him in it and my father hit his head on the floor of the vehicle. The driver then stopped the vehicle, came to the back, and righted the wheelchair with my father in it. My father was going in for a procedure that required some sedative. The driver did not report the incident to anyone. If my father did suffer a concussion, that event plus the sedative could have turned into a very dangerous situation. Now my father's wheelchair is broken and he needs a replacement ASAP. I have called and left messages on every phone number I can find for MediGistics. I'd read some complaints, so I was a little apprehensive when I booked with them, but can't imagine how anything could have been better.
