Friendly service, offered a ride from and to work while they repaired my truck. Gave me the options and the estimate was spot on.

A very rude and arrogant car dealership. I wanted to buy a car which I thought was posted on a good…read moreprice. But as I live and work in another city, I just asked my friend to check it out once to make sure everything is good. But apparantly the owner is quite busy and doesn't have 10 mins to show the car. According to him " when 5 indian guys show up to get a car, he knows by looking at them if they are gonna buy or not". So if he thinks they are not serious he sends them packing. And It was only my friend who went to have a look. Not an army of 5 people. When I called to inquire, the guy on the phone made sure to show me his pride and rudeness. I read all the other reviews here. It sounds to me he has a specific problem with a certain kind of possible buyers and I belonged to that section. He Made a pretty bad judgement of me and my seriousness without even asking about my livelihood, earning, job and without even knowing an iota about my situation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I found a car that I was interested in online, but wanted to make sure there were no major claims on the car before I drove the 3 hours to the dealership. I called the dealership and as soon as the employee answered the phone you could tell he was annoyed before I even said anything. I was extremely nice to him and told him I was calling to get more information about a vehicle. Right away he dismisses me and says "the boss has the files". So I continued on saying that I will be driving a long distance and was just wondering if there were any major claims on the vehicle, where he then replied loudly and extremely rudely that "I told you the boss has the files! He don't talk to people on the phone, if you want to know anything you have to come in-person." I said okay, thank you and hung up the phone. Horrified by the horrible customer service and the tone of the employee, I e-mailed the manager what happened. Expecting an apology, I was surprised to receive only more rudeness from manager telling me his employee was not rude, that I need to do my research, and if I want any information about a vehicle I need to pay $45 because "information is not free and do cost money". Needless to say I will NEVER give this dealer ANY business.
