Something flew out of the bed of a truck in front of us on I-70 and hit our radiator, ac condenser, and transmission cooler. We had two kids on the side of the road on I-70. The cab company arrived promptly and showed compassion and concern for our situation. We got where we needed to be for fairly reasonable price. My only critique would be better maintenance on the the cab vehicles. I do think it has several mechanical issues and it was not super clean. But... I was grateful for the service and the kindness, especially since we were 12 hours from home.

We got a cab today from Glenmoor country club to CAK. The front desk at the country club quoted…read more$25. Uber was $13. We had already ordered the service from AAA and decided to stick with it. First off, the cab stunk. Stale cigarettes, just disgusting. The driver talked on the phone during the ride, didn't fasten his seat belt and then had the nerve to charge us $40 for the ride. No meter, no explanation, just total b.s. Avoid, use Uber, don't get swindled by these jerks.
