While the circumstances were embarassinf the Dr. Simmang and his staff have never made me feel judged or disrespected in anyway. From Intake, to finances, to paperwork, and all other components of doing business with this company it is Grade A certified in my opinion. They gave me the very best care and were very informative when asked questions or if they sensed I was uncertain about anything . I would highly recommend this office to take care of you in case of a specialized need because they truly do build a relationship with their patients. They are very honest and forthcoming about what to expect before and after surgery and the communication is top notch. Thank you so much TCRS for being an example to current medical professions in how to truly care for your patients. You guys will truly be missed and I can't thank you enough for all of your assistance and generosity. You are truly one of a kind!

After the procedure, the surgeon brought me into a room where she showed me all of the details regarding my father's heart. This hospital is nice because it has a Starbucks inside of it as well. A shout out to the folks that work in the cafeteria. My dad woke up after breakfast and they were able to find him some bacon even though the lunch service had started they also had some incredible apple cobbler from scratch that was amazing so good in fact he had me get him one to take home with him. Can't say enough good things about this hospital. This is my father second procedure here and he said the first experience was very similar to the one I had here this time.
