The designer took 1 step more and recommended a paint color that I ended up loving and using it for other areas. All products were mailed out on time and packed very firm. Nothing was broken. The cust service rep was polite & knowledgeable. She said that it is best if I call the manufacturer directly cause I am the customer and will get a faster reply than her. She gave me all the product #, tel # and what to say. She said that she still can call for me but I will get the replacement part faster. So I called myself and the mfg sent the part within 10 days. but still the electrician can't make it work with the new part. I called LB again to ask for help. This time she said she will get me a replacement for the whole fan with the mfg. I got it within 2 weeks and this time it works. It looks and works good. I am very satisfied with the customer service and product knowledge from lighting boutique. Pls support small business.

    This company was assigned a repair of one of my appliances by Lowes under an extended service…read morecontract that we purchased. The technician showed up, said he needed to order parts and we never heard from them again. They refuse to answer the phone and believe they blocked us after a while. After almost 2 months of trying to make this work, we contacted Lowes who then told us the technician filed a report saying he was unable to do the work because he claimed it was out of warranty. I am sure he got paid by Lowes for the visit, so it sounds like he is either mistaking us for someone else or... Anyway, Lowes said there is nothing we can do until we "make things right" with this company. I just called my credit card company and filed a claim thru them. So, avoid both Lowes service protection and this company. Update: called mrappliance.com who gave me an appointment immediately and repaired the appliance the same day. They are awesome. I will now update my claim with Chase Sapphire to include reimbursement for these repairs. Advice remains: avoid Lowes and all their fly-by-night repair associates.

    Wow.....first 1 star review I have ever given anyone, or any place…read more I placed a call on November 13th, telling them my dryer was overheating, and I needed to have a technician come out. I was scheduled for the following Saturday, on the 20th. So Friday the 19th I call to confirm my appointment set the week prior, only to be asked what was wrong with my dryer "besides it not working like we wrote down". Those words never left my mouth. From the very first phone call I had described my problem to the tee, even addressing which part needed to be repaired. Saturday November 20th comes, and I wait all day for someone to show up. I get a phone call at 4:15 pm from the technician finally!!! He then asks me....again for the third time, what is wrong with my dryer. He says "the part store is closed and I can't get that part until Monday". A week of advanced notice and they still don't have my part?!?!? I was told he can get it Monday morning and install it then, a day where I have to now take off work and lose pay. I set the appointment for today, Tuesday November 22, and was told he'd be here by 8am. At 8am, a call was placed to the technician because he was not here, I was told that he STILL needed to get the part. 1030 am, call #2, was told "we're still trying to pick up the part" 11:15 am, I get a call from the technician stating he has a flat tire, and that he was going to "slap the spare on and be on his way, I'm right down the street". 1:15pm a call was placed to the main office, wondering where, why, and how any of this was happening. "He had issues with his son, was running late".......so flat tire or issues with the son??? Finally at 1:30pm, the technician shows up and finishes within 15 minutes. I missed 6 hours of work, to wait around for something that I had requested A WEEK PRIOR. Inexcusable. I will rate this 1 star on every review, and directly NOT recommend this company for anything. Ridiculous.

My husband contacted them as the dryer was reading a code FO1 then beeped , the drum would not spin neither heat. 'A repairman charged us nearly $500 for the repair on August 17,2017, on Wednesday night October 11,2017 the occurrence happened again. I called 713-451-0753 first thing Thursday morning at *8:03 AM, and was told a technician would be dispatched THAT DAY, and that they would call me 30 minutes before heading to my house. I left work early on 10/11 around 3pm, as I still had not heard from repair person. I called to follow up, and a female told me that the ETA was 45 minutes this was around a little after 3. At :3;57 pm a call came in from 713-824-9409 , he identified himself as the repairman, he verbalized he didn't realize how far away I reside ( I live in Katy), so he could not come that far today. Further, that he did not even know what he was coming to my home regarding (clueless as to the repeat repair). Once he firmly told me he was NOT coming to my house the day, we agreed to today 10/13/2017 at 4:30 PM. I called his office spoke with a female he said she would call the repair supervisor as he was suppose to be coming to my house, and he had not called in to tell them he wasn't coming. No one , not the lady neither the supervisor called back. I left work and came home to wait and NO repair person, as well no answer on their phone when I called at 4:52 pm. This is a rip off and very disrespectful! I will be purchasing a dryer from Best Buy. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I hope they do not rip off any other families military or not!!! I will be fighting for a refund as this is unacceptable service.
