    I am still a fan of Lowes overall. I feel it is a clean store and they have pleasant and professional employees. Long story short...I am having issues with them installing a closet door. First, the door and wood that was delivered was damaged. They redeliver and the installer notices a bunch of chips on this door. He kindly brings the door back to the Lowes I bought it from. Actually it is two doors involved and Lowes only had one. Installer has to go to Davie Lowes and all of those are damaged too! Installer told me he sees this over and over. The manufacturer paints the door too quickly and then closes it? Something like that. Customers and Installers are dealing with this nonsense. It is a waste of time and energy for everyone. Lowes...put your foot down and demand better quality doors for us. I am sure you have the power to make this happen. Burt in Millworks has worked tirelessly with me to get all of this resolved. Now I am just ordering different doors. Hopefully these will be in good condition.

    Only at Lowe's will they sell you boxes of tile that are supposed to be one color and your receive terrible multicolored tile (see photos). If installed, they will not give you a refund. Not only are you down your installation cost but your material costs too. We went to Lowe's expecting a major corporation to stand behind their product. With a pregnant wife, this is the last thing that was needed before our child came. Please go anywhere else and save your money!

    As usual, Lowe's employees do not disappoint. I am very thankful to Martin who is a proud veteran. He gave me some very helpful advice in the bath and shower fixture department. He went out of his way to give me advice and took the time to really explain things. He was in no rush and was very kind. Lowe's is lucky to have him.

    Broward has really opened my eyes to new businesses. Being a Miami girl, Home Depot was the only home improvement option for me and let's be honest I don't fit the generic Home Depot customer profile so it was daunting. Lowes definitely has a warmer approach. Being a new home owner, I was clueless and on trips without the boyfriend it was great to have welcoming staff. I appreciate the team in doors for deals with my questions, change of mind of products and ultimately delivery of products to my home. I also think their selection of patio furniture is great! Very fashion forward, although on the pricey side.

    Best garden center compared to other locations in the area! They didn't have any terra cotta pots still but their plant selection was great. And organized. I love that they have a discounted section rather than just throwing the plants away.

    This Home Depot is located in Weston right by the Rick Case Honda dealership. I was in the area and…read moredecided to stop by. I specifically needed material to fix the circulation on my dryer. We had someone come out and clean the air ducts and the way that the hose was connected from the dryer to the wall was not circulating properly. I needed a semi rigid dryer duct along with a dryer vent elbow piece to help give sufficient space between the dryer and wall connection. I had to ask for help because going to Home Depot is overwhelming. Alex was by the appliance accessories area where I was trying to find these items. He was proactive and saw I was inquiring about these pieces and guided me to another area where I could find the elbow piece. There was nobody at the aisle he guided me to so I went back to find him to see if he could assist further. He went ahead and walked with me to the area I needed to go to, and unfortunately, it was closed off at the time because they were trying to get something at the very top and closed off the aisle for safety of the customers while they did that. Alex said that he would call somebody to come help me specifically since this was not his department. But he was wonderful in going above and beyond and helping me when he didn't have to. Ramiro came by and informed the people guarding the closed aisle that he needed to go in real quick to get a piece for me. He showed me the elbow piece that I needed and help to answer any questions I had regarding these items. Both gentlemen were very helpful and patient. It's nice to encounter knowledgeable staff who is willing to assist and not just brush you off. Thanks guys! I really appreciate your help as I dislike going to Home Depot. While I was there, I also went to check out the plants in the garden area. I wish I could take care of my plants the way that they do here. Ha.

    Home Depot has a key duplicate station. You have to get an…read moreassociate, and this time there were many associates around! So no issues hunting one down... that's where the good news ended. She made my duplicates and I left happy... then the keys didn't work. Sad face. Get into car, drive all the way back to get them fixed. Found another associate really fast and he was happy to re do the job and used the other machine (there's 2) so off I went again with my new duplicates... and again they didn't work. My old keys all work, so it's not the lock... idk. In all fairness I think the store now has more associates to help customers so that was great. The return service was also very fluid, I just need a place to make duplicates that work. Overall this Home Depot has been fast and service has been fair, so this is why it's my Go-To store when I have any home goods needs. I still need to get keys though...

    Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
