I also needed to exchange an electric chainsaw that went out. They proceeded to chew me out telling me they were not a rental company. Talking about how this was not the first time I had brought items back. I have return items for a refund but they were always still new and used except for this time. I have exchanged items after they broke like the cheap grinders or cheap welders. But I always buy the extended 1 or 2 year warranties. So I paid to be able to make those exchanges. Just like I did on this electric chainsaw that went out. I pad for that option. Now I returned jack stands and a jack for a refund this same day as the electric chainsaw "exchange with a warranty." they were dirty. They could have easily said no we can't take them after they have been used that would have been perfectly reasonable. They did not. Instead they lectured me in front of a line of customers. Talking about how they are not a rental company. Proceeding to embarrass me I have spent a ridiculous amount of money at this store. Not only that but I have also almost every time bought the extended warranties. I returned a used item for a refund 1 time. 1 time. Every other time if it was used it had a warranty or a guarantee and it broke and I exchanged it. Or the item was unopened. I walk in today for two employees to proceed to talk about me as soon as I get down an isle and they think I'm out of ear shot. Including the dark headed lady who was the one who chewed me out in front of a line of customers. I will drive it Conway next time I need something or just spend the extra money and buy the better products from Lowe's or ace hardware. After as many warranties as I have bought and used with harbor freight it would probably be about the same cost in the end. Not only will I not be back but I will be encouraging my brothers and our friends to buy else where every chance. I'm so disappointed because I genuinely love the harbor freight franchise but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will also be leaving reviews on yelp and other review services as well.

Tag-teamed by all of the salespeople walking the floor, it was hard to breathe let alone pick out some furniture in peace. 2. Once we selected the pieces we wanted and went through the process of payment and signing the bill (which we were told was non-refundable, by the way), we were given a delivery date, almost 2 months out. This delivery date was not honored and when we called to check in on the said date, we were told that the furniture was "definitely on a truck somewhere in Arkansas." Huh, for a company that prides itself in providing their own transportation logistics you would think that they would know where exactly it was. Overall would not recommend and will not be shopping at Ashley again.

I bit my tongue and said nothing. So I call this guy March 6. He tells me that before making the purchase he told my wife it would be FOUR TO SIX WEEKS!!!! My wife never told me that. So I had to call her to see what in the world is going on. I already knew what she was going say. SHE SAID HE IS LYING!! We paid an unreasonable amount for these chairs and still DO NOT HAVE THEM.
