I'm so grateful for the 15 minutes he spent guiding me through. Then, in the paint department, another gentleman was just as fantastic--he quickly got me the paint samples I needed in no time. I've never owned any appliance that I despise like these. The washing machine started (today) not finishing a full spin cycle. I bought these at Lowe's. They washed their hands of them almost immediately. Today Samsung offered to replace the dryer because I've had so many issues. After an hour of talking to (2) Johns who spoke little English, my call was dropped and I haven't been able to get ahold of them since. The call center puts me on a "brief" hold and then never come back. I will NEVER own another Samsung product. Matter of fact the Samsung that I am leaving this review with is being swapped at Verizon for some other phone. I despise this company and their products are complete garbage. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG and if you're dumb enough to, you better but every warranty you can find. Lowe's is completely useless after the sale.

Multiple calls and emails have been ignored, no one has returned a single call. My credit score has dropped 50 points, and interest on $5,000 I never charged. Also, the quality of the lumber is absolute crap, poor quality, knots, holes, cracks, and just whole missing chunks, which is why its cheaper than elsewhere.

Then we parked curbside and waited. And waited. And waited. Never got the notice it was ready, so I went into the app to check the status and it said curbside pickup was until 6 PM. I wasn't told that when I ordered, but okay. Not the store's fault, I guess. So the next day I'm waiting on the notice that it's ready for pickup. And I'm waiting. And waiting. And waiting. I finally get a notice about midday that one item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Okay, so back to waiting for the rest. I wait. And wait. And wait some more. And finally 24 hours after the initial order I give up and cancel. What happened to it being ready in two hours? And how does two hours become over 24?? I'm so furious. I would have just gotten them all in store if they hadn't been heavier items that we needed help loading into the car because I have a hernia and my husband had spinal fusion surgery and neither of us can lift much. I definitely would never recommend ordering pickup from this location and I'll just go to Lowe's from now on.

The owner, Jana Bowman, brought together the project for my wife in a way that was amazing and when there was a little issue to repair she quickly made adjustments to accommodate me. Finally, on a whim, I brought in additional project and she brainstormed with me and came up with a quick solution that she just handed right over the counter, free of charge. It's little shops, with their personal touch, that make our small towns great!!!
