Installers were experienced, professional, and had to deal with hard wired old appliances. They hauled away old appliances and cleaned up the packing materials from new appliances. We shopped around and did our homework. Zellner's beat the big chain stores with service, stock availability, pricing, and associated expenses (delivery, installation, hauling away old appliances, new hoses/hardware). We love supporting small local businesses and this was a no brainer! Home Depot had no stock on hand and predicted a two week backorder, they wouldn't have uninstalled hard wired appliances, AND they actually cost more and charge more for delivery, installation and hauling away old appliances.
