There's no one to ask. Had to use my phone to search aisles to find most everything and that wasn't very nice. The return department had one person and a huge line. They opened a second line and people on that side got served first, not the people who were on the opposite side where the first register was open. Looking at all the reviews from 2017 - 2021, the service is listed as being next to non-existent. My last few visits in 2025 have been positive, and I have found that the staff are willing to take the time to locate the product or provide guidance. I can only assume there has been a change of management. Is it perfect? No, but indeed better than described in many of these posts. read more

Lowe's was my favorite place to get home improvement supplies when I lived elsewhere but customer service store wide here is non existent at the Bonsack store. Dealt with the same lady on a couple different occasions. Tonight it seemed to be a huge inconvenience to pull her away from her skittles to get some help. Other associates wouldn't even speak to us. Cashier didn't crack a smile regardless of how friendly we were. Home Depot will be getting our home remodeling business going forward. read more

Bonsak Lowe's horrible customer service. Loaded 10 16x8 boards. Not one but two employees walked by no offer to help. Help button didn't work. Had to call the store to ask for help. Store manager told me he was busy on the other side of store. 15 minutes later he finally showed up. Literally had to stack lumber in order to reach the lumber we needed. Called corporate office received the party line sorry this happened. We will report it to the store. Regardless of the fact I told him repeatedly the manager had been notified. Planned to spend around $1,000.00 at the Bonsack location this morning. After having been completely ignored by the employees (after politely waiting my turn, and having made direct eye contact several times with one employee in particular) in the lumber department. I abandoned my cart and walked out the door after he went back to stocking the shelf. I can only assume it is because I am a woman therefore my pretty little head couldn't possibly handle buying lumber. We recently ordered a granite sink, side splash and faucet. The faucet was stock but the sink and side splash were special order. When I picked up the sink I was told that it was package 1 of 1 and the side splash was in the box. After inspection with an associate and misidentifying the back splash for the side splash I went on my way. Once home I did a thorough inspection of the box to realize that the side splash was missing. I called the store and spoke to an associate who committed to call the vendor. One week later and nothing had been done. I was told that the vendor phone number in their computer did not work. I called custom service and spoke to one of the managers. All in all it seems like I was bothering them to rectify the situation. It's no longer the $30, it's now about principle and customer service. Very poor customer service at this Lowe's. I've shopped here for years and have seen it take a nose dive. May be my last time. read more

Came to this Lowe's for paint. Parking lot is full. Go inside to the paint section and there's no one there to help. We saw several sales associates who just stood and looked at us, no one coming or offering to help. Hope you go out of business. This particular Lowes is close to our home, so it's our go-to for just about anything and everything related to home improvement. We are here at least a couple times a week, usually more. We've gotten supplies to build a 500+square foot wooden privacy fence, a 2,500+ gallon pond, landscaped our whole house front and back, had custom wooden blinds ordered for our house, and much more! Like I said, this is our go-to place. We have always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff, and the helpfulness they offer. However, sometimes it's usually such a long wait to get someone to help, and that's where my complaint is gonna begin. I have some bad stuff to say in honesty about our paint-buying experience. After last night, I'd be a fool to go back to this store to be helped with any paint. We approached the two young fellas in charge of the paint department with a bucket of what we had chosen and a color swatch for the blackest black that we could find. No biggie. We waited. And waited. Maybe 30 minutes later, the young man proudly handed us the mixed black paint. We thanked them and he turned around with a smile. We almost walked away before realizing that it was actually light grey. We showed them and one fella responded with, "Yeah, it didn't come out very dark." Well, he wasn't gonna tell us, so it's a good thing we noticed! He said he would fix it. So we waited. Again. Waited and waited, this time over a half an hour as our baby started fussing as we sat and waited. Finally, we got our paint. Thank goodness. But...it was still grey. We apologized and explained that we would budge if we could, but absolutely can't because we are matching another black paint. He also apologized and said that he would fix it. So, we waited. And finally after a crazy long wait and lots of wasted paint, we got the correct color. We were frustrated, but didn't make a big deal out of it because the guys seemed young and they were pretty friendly. That being said, we are very disappointed and will not be back to purchase from this department again. read more
