AI Phone Assistant is a terrible, ridiculous circus. Absolute communication VOID! Wasted almost an hour before being connected to the wrong person. We're transferring our building project from Lowe's to Citizen Building Supply. They have a Human assistant and answer their phone. Human help is essential. read more

Customer service sucks. 3 employees standing around we asked where some items were they just mumbled. We find the material we needed go to the counter and the checkout girl couldn't even ask a question held the receipt in the air and of we snatched it. If I go to Lowes again Ill visit the Bluefield store. read more

Ignore reviews from people who don't belong in Lowe's. Lowe's Princeton is excellent. Contractors, handymen and I don't want to pay for an employee in every aisle to teach you how to fix your shower. If you can't figure out how to purchase online and pick it up, leave a review for yourself. If you don't understand the difference between unplugging your old dishwasher, disconnecting the fresh and waste water lines, then hooking up the new dishwasher, vs installing fresh and waste water lines and an electric outlet, leave a review for yourself. The manufacturer accurately gives the size of their refrigerators. If you can't measure your refrigerator properly and order from the online description, then giving Ronnie your incorrect measurements won't help. Leave a review for yourself. If every time you have been to Lowe's for the simplest of things it takes 2 hours, it's you. If you don't have a water source, your refrigerators ice cube maker will not work. Leave a review for yourself. An empty Lowe's needs to charge a little more than a packed Lowe's because you are the one paying for the building. If they close Bluefield, you're driving to Blacksburg for cement anyway, so what's the beef? If the electrical guy is busy with a customer who arrived before you, you may need to wait. If you expect the flooring guy to answer your "simple" electrical question, how about you Google it? It's a simple question, right? read more

Terrible customer service!!! In a store that size they need someone in every department to help customers! I went in to get a couple parts for our shower and stood in plumbing looking for the right ones and realized I needed help. I walked a few aisles and didn't see anyone so I walked over to appliances and cabinets and got the lady to page someone. Went back and stood for 20mins and no one showed up so I got my phone out and called customer service and explained I'd been back in plumbing for 20mins after having someone paged for help but no one showed up, so she paged AGAIN! I stood back there another 20 mins and still no one showed up to help me! I was beyond aggravated and grabbed what parts I thought would work and just left! And this isn't my first experience like this with this store and it is beyond ridiculous! Even knowing I have to go into this store for something I dread it immediately!!! I wish I could give this store 0 stars!! read more

I now understand the comment, "Lowes has everything but service!" Thought it would have a good idea to order and pay for 10 bags of mulch online -- WRONG! I an disabled and in a wheelchair most of the time. Since I had already paid for the item I figured I could forego the chair and walk with my cane . Had to go to other end of store since cashiers can't handle online sales, then had to wait while workers decided to all take a break at the same time. Called office from yard and requested someone come help the three customers waiting ahead of me... workers suddenly emerged but didn't do anything until customer ahead of me went and found them again taking a break... would have been quicker to get my own, pay for it and load it myself...if I could. Will not use Lowes again. 84 Lumber is just around the corner!!! read more

I bought a fridge A stove and dishwasher from Lowe's in Princeton wv when it arrived the fridge was to big even after giving Ronnie the mesurments. my dishwasher he assured me repeatly would be hooked up was not BECAUSE they don't do that. The manager told me hed do half off the dishwasher so i could pay to have them come out in a week to install it!!!! Really no joke . I called my personal contractor and he said hed hook it up today still have to get another fridge.. in point lowes should train employees better and the manager should have comped the install! I will never buy applinces from them agian . Because a whole day is gone and TO LOWES YOUR APPLINCE DEP. IS HORRIBLE! Delivery guys were nice and very truthful Rochelle and Jeremy Ball . read more

customer assistance is horrible here. would much rather go to a different Lowe's for better assistance. Front desk called for a manager THREE times and nobody ever showed up. Front desk acted like they didn't even care that they didn't come. Ridiculous!! Waste of time read more

Terrible managers absolutely disrespectful. I was hired on here and never even taught me how to do anything. The new guys that got hired the same time as me had no idea either we had to figure everything out together. Managers have no respect for there employees at all like spit in your face disrespectful while they sit on there ass all day long and not do a single thing. Worst job I've ever had it made me miss working at fast food that's how bad it was. I would recommend working at mc Donald's and cleaning the rest rooms with your mouth before you decide you might wanna work at Lowe's. read more
