So I called Kroger's to see if customer service was still opened. They told me they stay open until 10pm so I headed there and got there not 10 mins later granted I got there 30 mins they were closed but they told me in the phone they could help then refused to help me I said y'all don't close till 10 it's 9:30 the lady said they only had 2 people who could help me after she told me in the phone she could. What it comes down too is she was bein lazy it happened may 20th. So people don't call and ask them if customer service is open and if they can help cause they will tell you one thing in the phone then refuse to help you. read more

I mentioned needing to get aspirin for her too, just to remind myself, and when I went to pick things up they had included it for me, which was nice. Good location on a corner, easy access and parking. Friendly service. I'd come back.

They didn't even open it or anything to check it's condition. I bought it two days ago and all they said is "it's been opened so it can't be returned." Went over everything it needed. Small type work. Repair or replace deck linkage parts. We will let you know something within a few days. A week later I had to make another trip. After leaving several messages and no return calls. We have been very busy and not able to get to it yet Then they asked me 'What type of tractor did you bring in?" As I walked in noticed 3 service bays were completely empty. Mechanics standing around. Which makes the comment. We have been very busy seem not so truthful. Now here we are 2 weeks out and still no information on my tractor. Looks like I will have to make another trip to find out about my tractor. Owning several rental properties. Having working equipment is very important. I have been wanting to purchase some new equipment. With the service mentioned above. Equipment other than John Deere green is looking like where I will be spending my money.
