Recently we bought a lawnmower online and chose store pick up. The product is great so far, but…read morethe pick up system at least from this store sucks. What is supposed to happen is; 1. You order the product 2. The store gets the alert from Corp. To pull the merchandise. 3. You get an email stating the merchandise is ready for pick up. When I arrived 2 hours later I discovered the clerk simply took the order alert off the printer and stuck it in a file. Then he and another associate proceeded with doing absolutely nothing. So I arrive in a bit of a hurry and was told that I'll have to wait a few because my product needed to be found. Then was told again it would take some time because my product was "on the bottom". I stated that the system did not work because they did not pull the order when they got the print out a few minutes after I placed the order. This statement seemed to go right over the clerks head. I don't think he really understood what I was saying. This is a tiny little home town store and during a weeknight evening. I doubt they were too busy to follow protocol. Just seemingly lazy

I am...... was rather, a faithful customer. The lady at customer service wouldn't even discuss it. a "90 day return policy" isn't written in stone. All I have to say is there is a Lowe's, a tractor supply, a rural king, an Ace Hardware and plenty of other places to get the things they sale at Harbor Freight. I will frequent them from now on. BEWARE!!!
