So I decided to purchase a new sectional online. First timer here! The transaction was easy no problem. However I was notified at the end that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours to arrange for a delivery date and time that works with my schedule. I waited a week and hadn't heard anything. So I reach out to chat support via the website. They were super helpful and actually had an answer on why I hadn't been contacted about my order. Some pieces had to be ordered and they were waiting on them to come into the warehouse. They even assigned me to a supervisor who I could communicate with via email or phone for further help if needed. I thought that was really nice. So the next week came and due to the Memorial Day I waited til Tuesday waiting to hear back from them. By the end of day I decided to email and ask for an update. I got a response the next day letting me know the pieces had come in and delivery was scheduled for that next Monday. The day of delivery process is actually pretty awesome. I was notified via text and email that my order was out for delivery and how many stops the driver has to make before mine. The coolest thing though was the tool that allows u to track your delivery real times so that you can be even more prepared for the arrival. Overall the experience and the quality of the couch is great. Delivery driver and setup crew were friendly and helpful. Only thing I would change is setting a realistic expectation of when you will be contacted to schedule delivery. To avoid the customer waiting for nothing and then having to reach out on their own to find out more about their order. read more

I ordered a bedroom suit from Big Sandy Superstore during the Covid pandemic and at the time most of the United States was almost shut down. It took me several months to receive all the pieces Which was out of Big Sandy's control. During this time Big Sandy employees kept me posted on what was going on and could not have been more polite and as helpful as anyone could be during the Covid crisis which is still here. There are a few more pieces to this bedroom suit that I want as soon as I get these other ones paid off and 100% sure I will be heading to Big Sandy Superstore to purchase them. My entire home is almost completely furnish from Big Sandy and I will always be a Big Sandy customer. They go out of their way to make sure each customer is completely satisfied and you just do not see these values that the employees at Bug Sandy show each and every person that enters their establishment whether you buy or not. read more

We were in need of a new living room suit. Our living room is on the small size and needed something that wouldn't over power the space. They had a great collection and a really good sale going on. The salespersons were all super nice and not all in your face like most places. They introduced themselves and asked if they could be of any assistance and that's it. They gave us time to roam and look around on our own but when it was their time to shine they were there. Anthony, the salesperson that helped us with the sale, was extremely nice and helpful. He answered all of our questions and when he didn't know the answer, he was quick to find it. My refrigerator went out and we had to have another one ASAP. We usually go to Crystal Hyden. She is always so helpful! This time she wasn't there so we had a guy named Heath that did everything he could to ensure that we got the exact fridge that we wanted. It was delivered and set up in just a couple days. Big Sandy Superstores worked with my schedule for delivery, even when I changed it at the last minute! I used their delivery trucker and when it stopped tracking, I called the store. They were helpful. I was scheduled for delivery between 3:30 and 7:30. They arrived at 7:16 and were done in a few minutes. They placed my furniture where I wanted it. Absolutely amazing! We had such a good support system in the store and the delivery guys was amazing! We live in a bi-level house and it's pretty hard to get stuff upstairs and they didn't complain not one time! It shipped way faster than we expected also. Amy came in on her day off to do our bed order and Jay got the bed to our house early which made my daughter so happy she gave him a great big hug. These two so deserve a big raise or reward.
