It arrived missing 2 pieces(night stand and dresser). Some drawers were broken on other pieces and others just wouldn't close right and then we realized the entire cabinet was knocked out of square so no doors or drawers were going to work. We were very upset because we had already waited months. This stuff got BEAT UP before it got to us. SO, we wait another 8 weeks for them to deliver the replacements. We called before delivery to make sure it was all there and wasn't damaged. The guy at the store was a total smart ass and said he hadn't checked so he just delivered what they had. AGAIN, IT WAS MISSING A PIECE, the last night stand. We looked at the bill and it was on the list of items. So now here we are in MAY and we are looking at another 6 weeks at least. October-June to get a bedroom set. We will NEVER shop there again and would advise everyone to avoid Ferguson's.

He had several options for us and also had pillow and frame recommendations. He let us know of any sales and that if the price drops within a year they'd match it. The only hiccup we had was the mattress was out of stock for our initial delivery day but we didn't have to wait that Iong for it to be rescheduled. The delivery team was prompt and quick. Overall everything is great with the mattress and our experience. The jury is still out on the pillow recommendation.

I have just recently tried to turn in a Warranty Claim for a Simmons mattress, it was a very…read morefrustrating experience with no satisfaction. I bought the mattress about 18 months ago and today the support is so bad that sleeping on it is nearly impossible. For the warranty process you must take pictures which they look at to determine body swag and validity of the claim. Its a tough job alone, but in all fairness you can pay someone to come and take the pictures for you. I talked with both Mattress Firm and Simmons, I explained that pictures would not show the problem that I had with my mattress, and was told to turn in the claim form anyway. As expected it was rejected. No one will come and put a hand on the mattress to feel the problem. I bought this particular mattress because my son has one and loves it, he bought his a couple years before I bought mine and he doesn't have the swag issues that my bed does and by the way he is heavier than I. I understand the warranty however to assume you can see a defect in a product from a picture is not realistic. I think that a company who truly cares about the quality of the product and customer satisfaction would have at least made an effort to look at this problem beyond a desk chair and pictures. Further I do not think someone should have to pay anyone for anything related to a warranty claim. However in this case if someone would have offered to come and look at this mattress, not just take pictures, I might have agreed to pay something if they proved to me the mattress has normal wear.

Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
