Within 5 minutes a very nice lady called me back. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I'm really sorry for that. She took my order over the phone, was so pleasant and caring, and made sure our flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time. Kenny's is definitely the only place I will be ordering from in the future. Side note: another place in Prestonsburg told me the funeral home I needed the flowers tp go to didn't exist.
