So I called back to see when they could do it and his wife told me that he said it's going to cost me 1,100.00 $ with 800.00$ due when they come out. So beware. Most people's word is not good anymore. I don't want to do business with anyone who's word is no good. Not very good for a business reputation.

Elliott Heating and cooling refuses to fix my two year old Heat Pump after I have paid them…read more My name is Jason Coleman and I bought a $5000 Trane Heat Pump 1 winter and 2 summers ago. When I turned my heat on this year it would cut on and off randomly. I replaced the thermostat and wire with equipment rated to work with my heat pump but it still did not work. I called Elliotts and they said they would send someone out. I was home for lunch when the first guy came out and saw what he said was a bad board withing seconds but then I had to leave for work. He replaced that board and told my wife the thermostat was wrong and charged us $120 (that's 1.5 hours) to not fix anything. I called back and they sent a second guy, he also said the thermostat was the problem and a bad solder joint on another board but that we would have to pay again if they replaced it under warranty. I have replaced the thermostat and fixed the bad solder joint and it still doesn't work. Phillip at Elliotts is telling me I still have to pay them $80 and hour to come back out even though they still haven't actually fixed anything. He even had the nerve to ask me "If you took your car to the garage you would expect to pay them for their time right?" I would not expect to pay for it if they did not fix my car. This last call (forth time) I tried to speak with someone else only to have Philip inform me that the "buck stops with him" and have him hang up on me. I actually thought dealing locally would be better, this has been a $5,000 lesson. I will not deal with Elliotts again.

DONT LET THESE IDIOTS ON YOUR PROPERTY!!While on my way to the beach my mother-in-law colled me and…read morestsated she had a mainline clog and to contact a plumber. So she called these idiots. Keith calls me back asking where the cleanout was, I told him it was under the house. After he complained to me that he had to get under the house we hung up the phone and he continued on with his work. Once I got back and ask me mother-in-law what he had done she said he ran a Eel, locator and a camra which she said I gave him authorization to do so which I DID NOT. so I go out in her back yard to check his work and I find that he had dug up her sewer line drilled a huge hole so he wouldn't have to get under the house. I then called Keith and ask him why and who authorized him to cut a hold in her sewer line and he said he does this practice all the time. I then requested to keith that he needed to come back and fix the damage to her sewer line and refund her the money for the camra and locator service and giggled and said "not gonna hapoen" So now she has raw sewage bubbling up in her back yard. I then took matters into my own hand and contacted the division of plummers in Frankfort Ky, EPA Bbecause its next to a water way and a private attorney. After nearly getting fined by the EPA and the department of plummers they decided it was a good idea to come today on 7/14/25 to make it right and they also refunded my mother-in-laws money. AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE AND DONT LET THESE IDIOTS ON YOUR PROPERTY.
