The selection is fine, but when you look up items in the app it will sometimes give incorrect aisle and bay locations. Customer service is blech horrible non existent. You can't find anyone to help you in the aisles - the people you do see are all crazy busy doing..... well hell I have no idea what they are actually doing. Actively avoiding providing customer service I guess. And my favorite part is the 12 closed empty un-manned cash registers, leaving all the customers to be stuck ringing up their own items at 1 of the 4 the self serve checkouts. Service!!! Only 2 employees spoke. Only 1 offered to help. 4 employees watched my husband & I load our Sheetrock panels on the cart. It's all self checkout! The isles are so junky you can hardly get through when you have a large cart! Also a large cart with long materials that you have to find & load yourself. Unresolved customer service failures concerning an online dishwasher order placed on March 17, 2026. These experiences reflect a troubling lack of accountability and care for the customer experience. In 2025 I purchased a $100 Lowe's gift card that was found to have no funds shortly after purchase. Despite contacting both the gift card company and Lowe's immediately, neither accepted responsibility. Even after Lowe's followed up approximately 30 days later and I confirmed the issue remained unresolved, no corrective action was taken. This experience already left me with diminished confidence in Lowe's customer support. That concern was reinforced with my recent dishwasher purchase. I was charged $649.41 on my Lowe's credit card for the dishwasher, installation kit, delivery, and haul-away. When the appliance was delivered, I was informed there was no installation order on file. Because the dishwasher was not installed, the delivery team would not remove the old unit, despite the haul-away having been paid for. An online chat representative later confirmed that installation had not been ordered and offered only a $50 haul-away refund, advising me to place a separate installation order. This response was inadequate and dismissive, particularly given that purchasing an installation kit and haul-away service reasonably implies installation. As a direct result of this failure, I incurred an additional $250 out-of-pocket expense to have the dishwasher installed independently, a cost that could have been entirely avoided had Lowe's handled the order more proficiently (and supportively). Posting this review is all I can do as Lowes doesn't allow direct communications for complaints, they do not have a systemic way of listening to customer concerns, and (this is important) - they will not, do not care about resolving customer concerns. I requested reimbursement for the third-party installation cost and the haul-away fee, along with appropriate consideration for the inconvenience and repeated service failures. There is/was no accountability or meaningful resolution and am confident I will not make recommendations, shop, visit, or do anything further with this company. read more

Ohhhh. Don't even get me started. We do all our home improvement shopping at Lowe's because they honor veterans with a 10% discount. We love the fact there are "veteran parking spots". I had an odd assortment of random new and unused stuff from several projects my husband was planning to do in our home. Our situation suddenly changed and we are having to move cross country. We won't be doing any of these projects after all. There were items from multiple departments in the store. Each item rang up in the system. They would not refund any of my items. I bought a Christmas tree, $400+ online. Procurement Girl who was confused about her pronouns was extremely rude. Did not know it until I was there to get it that it was the floor model. I was polite. I did however ask for a free storage bag due to the fact there was nothing to put it in and I still was paying full price. SHE got upset. Another lady took me to the bags and other GIRL grabbed one and said SHE would have to get permission. Ok that's fine. The manager comes over without knowledge of what's going on and says sure. Just pick one out. In the meantime Pronoun chick ends up handing me the bag and expects me to tear the tree down and package it. When I asked if that was the case SHE ran her mouth about me then told me to calm down? I was calm to this point. I did tell HER what not to tell me, and to place the tree in the bag. Bought and paid for a Fridge on May 24th for May 31st delivery. No call all day then someone put a tag on my hone address that they were Sorry they missed me Around 5:30pm. I was there watching TV but the delivery was for another location. Called Spirit Logistics, Lowes 3Rd party delivery service who said Lowe's had wrong address. Called Lowe's they got the new address. While disappointed I let it slide. I called the delivery service before 8am since no one called and asked when my fridge would be delivered. They state it is out for delivery now. I didn't understand that ordering a pick up order would take up to 3 weeks. All the material I needed was in the store, but I waited 3 days before I went to the store. The lady told menu could go in the store and get it myself. I ask her how long it would be and that's when she told me it could take 3 weeks. I'm 65 and didn't want to walk around the store so I canceled my order. I also noticed a couple of young men that we're not wearing masks. I guess the staff was afraid to say anything. I used to love lowes...but now not so much. We called the 1-800 number for an estimate on two water heaters. We went through the entire process and ordered a replacement 50 and 75 gallon water heater. A few weeks later, the installer calls needing to send two young guys over to check everything out. After they leave, we get a call a few days later from Lowes that our new price is 25% higher than the agreement we signed. I called to speak with them about this and i was told my water heaters needed "custom work." Custom? Okay. So we go through the estimate line item by line item and let's just say Lowe's did not provide a good faith estimate. They didn't even include a permit in the original estimate. So i talk to not one but two supervisors over the course of a few days, both promising they would call me back. Finally, i call and speak to a manager on duty and he promises to call me back after looking into this. NO CALL BACK. Nobody calls me back. What's worse is the appliances supervisor basically blamed ME, the customer for not going into the store to get the estimate. NO THANKS. We are going to Home Depot. Home Depot when I called the 1-800 number SENT SOMEONE OUT to give us the accurate price. Not an estimate that is off by 25%, which by the way was $700 more than we thought it would be. We have been loyal customers of Lowes for over 20 years and they lost our business over this. I told them this would happen, was very nice on the phone all four times I inquired about the "estimate." I've been coming to this Lowe's ever since it opened. Customer service has gone way down. The last few years I have had big problems with this store and in every department. I remember a time when you walked in the door and someone was there asking if you needed help. Every employee would ask "Can I help you find something?" It started a couple of years ago in the garden dept when I was looking for something and the person I asked said "It's over there somewhere" and proceeded to get on his phone. Moving on to the deplorable appliance dept where apparently they don't have anyone working until 5 pm. Want to talk about the paint dept? They claim they can't mix dark colors in oil base. Are you kidding me? Don't even think about ordering over the internet for pick up. 3 days after I've ordered I'm finally told my order was ready. 5 items. Get to the store for pick up and its not ready. They send a couple of guys to pick my items. 45 minutes later I go looking for my items myself. Moving on to check out. 1 lane for construction/pros backed up halfway down the store, 1 lane for general customers and the "customer service/returns/internet pickups". (Home Depot has self checkout) I currently have/had 2 orders for delivery. The first of which was a stove that they did not have in stock so had to cancel and re-order and is supposed to be delivered 3/25. We'll see. The second was a microwave which they may or may not have in stock is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but according to my bank statement (which previously said pending) has now disappeared. I'm assuming its been cancelled. Bad Management= Bad Employees. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Not enough people also equals bad management. Who is running this store? read more

Had ordered a refrigerator,dishwasher and gas range from Lowes. Had to get a second choice on gas range due to it was going to be two months for first choice. They gave me the go around on the delivery date on the gas range. So went to get my first choice and waited two weeks to get my range and found out that it has a dent in the side where the gas hook up is. This is the second time I have had problems with dents. We ordered a LG fridge on June 16th. They said it would take a while to come in but that was ok because we needed it when we moved into our new house on July 3rd. They assured me that it would be no issue to be delivered on that day. We got a confirmation July 2nd saying our fridge would be delivered between 8am-12pm July 3rd. The text also had a way of tracking it. We had to stay home all day waiting and after that time frame we checked the tracker and it said it wouldn't arrive till 2 hours later. Not a huge issue. So then 30 minutes later we checked again just to see where it was and it said our order was not found. We called the delivery number from the confirmation and they said the fridge had never even been picked up from Lowe's that morning and Lowe's should have called! Ridiculous. She said there is non and was telling me to go to another store . so I asked her if she could kindly check in the back. She did and they were available. If you are having appliances installed, use Lowes. I had a really bad time with Home Depot installing an overhead microwave. It took them coming out three times to get it in! The first time the box look like it fell off a truck going down the highway. The second time the idiots that came didn't know how to use an electric drill & ended up tearing up the metal on the top of the microwave. I ordered and paid for over four thousand dollars worth of appliances on June 22nd and I keep getting the run around about whether or not my appliances have been delivered to the store. I spoke to a young man yesterday evening after trying to get through after calling the store more than fifteen times and was told my dishwasher had been in since June 25th and my microwave/ wall oven combo has been in the store since July 5th!!! I called to speak to someone today and was told that my appliances have not come in yet someone doesn't know what they're talking about! While most of the cashiers and greeters are friendly, it was a NIGHTMARE ordering from this place. EVERY, SINGLE TIME we inquired about our order and its delivery status, etc., the person on the other end of the line either: a) didn't have a clue what was going on, b) transferred us to someone else, c) lied, or d) hung up on us. We were fed SO many lies by the employees handling online customer orders and they kept changing--and prolonging--the delivery dates for our ordered items. I guess that's what we get for giving this company THOUSANDS of dollars in one day...the crappiest mid-south service around. I would say take your business to Home Depot for your hardware/home appliance/etc. needs, but the one on Craft-Goodman Road has its fair share of issues as well. They (Home Depot) are slightly better with their customer service though, so I have to hand it to them for that. read more
