Dan Maycroft, Customer Service Manager, needs to find a new job. They are only about selling product and most especially Warranties. They are NOT about Customer Service. Never again. My last, still current fridge, Frigidaire lasted 24 yr, but nothing to do with ABC Warehouse. It was a good product. No accompanying customer service from ABC.

I told her my concern and she said that someone could be out Friday, July 3 between 12/1:30. Yes!!! Jesse, service technician, arrived during the time frame stated. I received a message stating who was coming, a picture of the technician, what he was driving and plate number! Overkill....absolutely NOT! I appreciated that I was respected and appreciated enough for UDG to take the responsibility for their customer and letting me know who was coming. Customer service like this is valuable. Jesse represented UDG Services with professionalism and integrity. He took care of what was needed and we responded appropriately. The service call was very fair . The washer is repaired, we are happy and we have clean laundry! Your explanation does not align with what we were told in person or via the voice messege which I have a copy from your service manager dated September 11, stating that "I just wanted you to know we will not leave you hanging, we are doing some checking on a couple different things...". the messege is much longer ... suggesting we contact Frigidaire directly, which we did of course. Other than the response from my review above we have not heard back from Seaway. Seaway sales and delivery were great but the service department and the promise that is stated verbally and in writing on their website fell short. We have an oven that is less than a year old with a broiler that does not function, logically one would hope the point of purchase company, Seaway, would be more helpful to the buyer in providing better customer experience when there is an issue.
