Logs are improperly placed and only the LED light is showing during delivery and set up.

My item was not received by the "delivery" date that was communicated to me. There were no updates initially after the first text notification after purchase. I had to contact the store myself to ask about the status of my order. It took multiple calls and being told the "assembler" wasn't working until the following week (I paid for assembly), however I wasn't notified until I called to inquire about my order and delivery status. The order was delayed, my husband took 2 full days off of work based on the "status of delivery" that I was informed of, neither of the 2 days was my order delivered. Once we did finally receive our order there were chipped paint off of the front stone area of the fireplace and the inside wasn't correctly placed to where I saw an LED light instead of the "fireplace" logs. My husband and I had to fix this ourselves. I have never been more dissatisfied with Lowe's for the amount of money I paid for this fireplace. I do not think I will continue to be a loyal member, I will take my business elsewhere.

Oh Lowes why did you disappoint me so? I do like the assigned parking spaces for our veterans. Lots of parking spaces for those of us who are not veterans and/or handicapped , but can get crowed especially now that the weather has turned nice, and people want to get outside, even if it's just to do much needed repairs. I came here today to see if they had what I was looking for, they didn't. Or at least I couldn't find it, and good luck trying to find someone to help you. This Lowes is smaller than other Lowes I've been to, and a lot more chaotic. There wasn't any employees walking around to ask for help, and the signage that Lowes has is not helpful at all. This location is not enforcing social distancing as you can see by the picture, and it would be nice if they could hire more staff, to help with customer service issues.

I like the touch of sending me a picture of the tech so I know who to expect. Gave a time frame that he would be here. Got worried when I got a call that he may be late since he is running behind on his present job. I admit I got worried about the tech canceling on me and having to reschedule. Surprise! Half an hour later he was here. It went quick. He diagnosed the problem, even had a spare part. Fixed it in no time. He spent more time vacuuming out the inner workings of the dryer than actually fixing it. All together it was well worth the call to these guys. The repair itself was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I was worried the quote would have been high enough that it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer. But no. Gonna bookmark these guys!

The technician initially recommended replacing a thermistor, which we approved based on his professional judgment. The repair did not resolve the issue. On a later visit, the technician himself expressed doubt that further expensive repairs would help. When we tried to resolve this with management, communication was extremely poor--we were repeatedly told someone would call us back and no one did. When we finally reached a manager, we were offered only ~$120 back, while being charged for multiple visits, diagnostics, and a part that did not fix the problem. At no point was it clearly explained that this would be a trial-and-error process with uncertain results. Very disappointing experience--both in terms of the repair outcome and how the situation was handled.

The problem was a broken latch which I already knew. They then quoted me an additional $262 for the repair. The price seemed high, but I wanted to get the issue resolved, so I agreed to move forward. Keep in mind the part was $18 and he was there for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the dishwasher, even after I was responsible for ordering the replacement part myself. When the repair still did not work, they agreed to only refund $80 of the $362, despite not resolving the issue. Instead, the only solution they offered was to install a brand-new dishwasher, which was not helpful. I am fine paying some money for their time and I was hoping for a fair solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of accountability when the repair was unsuccessful. I know there are more honest upfront guys out there who are not going to charge you a crazy amount when they can't fix the exact thing you paid them to do. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

After weeks ago our washer broke down and it was too expensive to fix it so we went to a very large…read morecompany in Draper to look at there scratch and dent washers but they were too expensive even for those because we are on a tight budget so a friend recommended we go to the appliance outlet store the owner was very kind and gave us some good information about different brands and we bought a washer and dryer that stack on top of each other and the owner gave us free delivery and a 60 day guarantee unfortunately though right after they delivered it we tried to use it and the washer didn't work so we called the owner and told him the washer wasn't working and he had a repairman come and look at it and the repairmen thought it could be two different things so he came a couple days later with a part he had to see if this would fix the problem but the repairmen realized that wasn't the problem so he ordered the part we need and we are just waiting for him to get it so he can come and fix our washer but it is frustrating because we have been without a washer for 3 weeks now almost 4 and have had to go to the laundry mat to get our laundry done and it is pretty expensive to do that the owner hasn't reached out to try to fix the problem at all so I am very frustrated about the situation but I am glad he is not charging us for the repair at least.

She gave me Urgent appliance repair number. I called them in the morning they came out in the afternoon and had it fixed and running within 24 hours. ***Update!*** I was still having issues with my dryer drying…read moreall the way, even though it heats up now. So I texted Troy back and he got me on his schedule ASAP. He came out and checked everything and figured out that my vent was clogged from the dryer to my outside. So he spent two hours cleaning it out. And we could not believe the amount of lint that came out of that tube! It's no wonder my dryer overheated the first time. Troy went above and beyond to make sure air was getting through. Cleaning from both inside the house and outside the house. He even pulled out a couple of birds and a birds nest that had gotten in there. I'm assuming that's where our problem started. The culprits of the initial clog! But after a couple different problems and problem solving, Troy got it done!! He needs a raise after this one! And a good shower!

It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

Took two screens in for re-screening. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I started calling at two weeks - they weren't completed until 6 weeks, although each time I called I was told "it will be the end of the week". At pickup, one of the screens was re-screened with thw wrong material. They blamed it on the kid who took the order not writing down the material requested, which made no sense because one was correct and one was incorrect. So, I had to leave that screen and come back - a 40 min round trip. When I went back for the redone screen, the expensive Anderson frame had been bent and the paint had been scraped up. By this time I was sick enough of these people that I took it home to see if I could straighten it out and use it as is. It turned out I could not, there was a gap between screen frame and window frame. I called Ace and talk to the Manager, Gary who said they would replace the frame but I would have to bring it back in for inspection - another 40 min trip. Then after holding the screen for another week, and me having to call him to get an update, he told me they would not replace the screen because they could not confirm that they had damaged it. Like maybe they would somehow have video of someone damaging my $190 screen. I made my displeasure known and Gary finally agreed to refund the cost of the re-screening and if I came back in to get the damaged screen - another 40 min trip. And he promised to have the next level Manager, Brendan call me to further discuss. That was two weeks and two calls to Gary ago, and no call from Brendan. Ace, Murray - Zero integrity and zero accountability.
