The service was good they did help me finding the dishwasher i really wanted the selection was mediocre but the $.-0 value of a customer is questionable because of my dishwasher I was told it was new never used my 1st red flag should have been the box but I took them at their word my 2nd should have been no instruction book or the free Cascade sample or the jet-dri rise aid 3rd should have been the jet-dri dispenser was leaking jet-dri and I haven't even used it yet & #4 should have been the used mounting screws that was found in the bottom of the dishwasher so to me their value suckes I am done buying big appliances with this Lowe's read more
